Stylist: Richard was my stylist and he listened intently and cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. He also cut my hair shorter after I asked him to. Very friendly and courteous.

Hair type: As an African American woman it's not easy to find someone willing to do our hair. My asymmetrical style required my hair to be cut dry too so outside of the no rm.

Super,
However the appointments process is atrocious.
11am appt became a 11:45 am appointment.
My Time is precious to me.
Stylist: Alma is supe, however you new system for appointments is atrocious.
My 11am appointment had a 45 minute wait!!
I have better things to do with my time than wait.

Great experience walking in for a cut. Got lucky and didn’t have to wait this time. Haircut came out looking very good, just how I like it.
Stylist: Rosy was my stylist and she’s absolutely great! Blended my hair really well, kept it clean all the way around and communicated the entire time. Personality is a plus, too. She was a genuinely sweet person and very patient with me. Supercuts is lucky to have Rosy as a stylist, get more young people coming in for cuts.

Great haircut, wonderful stylist, not overpriced! Difficult to find, due to construction. I recommend that you put up a large sign with your name on it, to help people find it. Your phone message gave your address, but it would be helpful if you mention what other stores you are near, or that you're in the shopping center at Ximeno & PCH.
