What a pleasant surprise. I did not know what to expect with this service, but I am pleased. Pickup and drop-off were a breeze.
My sheet sets were packed neatly and looked like they were pressed. You have a new customer.

A clean spot to clean spots off your clothes. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, Chris especially has helped through any situation. Updated cleaners and card system.

Big laundromat in Long Beach. Operates on a prepaid card system which takes a bit to get used to but works well. The first time I went there Karen was on duty and she set me up with a card and some soap and showed me how to use the machines. Heather was on duty the second time I went and showed me how to top up my card and helped me set up the machine. Definitely a business that puts the customers first.

Called to get some information, the phone was answered promptly & the woman ID herself to me, Hi am Karen how may I help you. After a bit of do have & or don't have, made me feel this is the place that would meet my needs.
Arrived a bit after my phone conversation I met Karen, she gave me the tour personally & told me any questions we are here if you need help. She even gave me helpful hits to make the laundry task more pleasurable. The place was clean , organized and well staffed. Karen was delightful , what a wonderful woman. I have not needed a laundry mat in some time but while I do this is my place for laundry.
They also have drop off service. My hats off to the staff at 250 Alamitos Ave SuperSuds. ?

SUPER is right! They provide excellent service. I underestimated how much I would love the experience of working with them. The "team" was friendly; the laundered items were clean, smelled great and the folding was exceptional. I never realized that I did not know how to fold. This is my future laundry / cleaning resource.

Chris was absolutely helpful! Randall was also! Laundromats have stepped their game up! You can have the app and load your card, the app will tell you when your stuff is ready and all of that! You can also connect to their WiFi.

Karen is the coolest.
I was just passing through town, traveling from Texas and stumbled on this laundromat at opening time. They offered me coffee. And they have a mini laundry museum. Best laundromat on the planet!
