On Saturday November 9th, I brought my loved ones with me in hopes of finding my wedding dress. We made an appointment online a few weeks before, we opted for the one where we got champagne, snacks, and a senior bridal stylist. The store called a few days before the appointment to get some additional information and we were all set. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Tamiko, my bridal stylist. She brought us over to the area that we were going to be using, and while she set up the snacks, my maid of honor and I perused the racks and racks of dresses. Once everything and everyone was settled, Tamiko asked some questions about the engagement, the wedding, and of course the dress. We immediately jumped into it, we grabbed a few dresses just to figure out what cut and fabric I liked, and I’m glad we did because I didn’t really know. The whole time we were trying on dresses, Tamiko was with me and she was amazing - she really listened to me, encouraged me, and knew how to zip and clip those dresses! Hahaha. We pulled a few more dresses and little did I know, my dress was in that selection - actually, my top 3 were in that selection! When I tried on “the” dress, I reallyyyy liked it, I just wasn’t ready to use the “love” word yet and get ahead of myself. I tried on the last dress but instantly knew that I wanted to go back to the other dress and try it on with a veil and accessories. The veil was the push that I needed, that was my dress, I could imagine myself walking down the aisle and partying at my reception. Tamiko pulled the most perfect veil and headband to go with my dress, and as soon as I walked out to show everyone, that was confirmation. Strut Bridal was my one and only stop in my wedding dress shopping, it’s a beautiful shop, and the plus size dresses are what initially attracted me to this shop but they now have straight sizes too, so it’s truly size inclusive. I 100% recommend Strut to any future bride, and I 100% recommend Tamiko as a stylist if you’re able to get her! Thank you Strut!

After visiting six bridal shops, I finally found THE ONE at Strut Bridal—and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment we walked in, Nick made us feel so welcome. He took the time to really get to know me—asking about how my fiancé and I met, our wedding plans, and my dream dress. I could tell that he genuinely cared about making this experience special!!
When I say he understood my style to a T, I meaaaan every dress he pulled was exactly what I envisioned. But the very first dress I tried on fit me PERFECTLY and felt like it was made just for me. I didn’t expect to go home with my dress that day, but I did, and it was all thanks to Nick!
Nick’s warm personality, attention to detail, and easygoing nature made the entire process soooo enjoyable. Strut Bridal honestly offers top-tier service, and I can’t recommend Nick enough! If you’re searching for your dream dress, trust me—you’ll be in great hands here!!!

took me a while to write this review, wasn't sure where to start, but I only had 2 months to find a wedding dress. As a Bride to be, one can only imagine all the emotions running through , i was nervous, happy, sad and somewhat a bridzilla. visited every single store in LA that carried plus size bridal dresses, i was almost giving up after a full month of seaching. Strust bridal popped up on my IG, as a suggestion, and i called them right away, it was almost 3pm on a Saturday and i was on downtown LA, once i called, i automatically felt the welcoming tone on the other side, i asked that lady if i will make it before they close and she told me they will wait... it was traffic and my sister, who i dragged to all my appointments hit her gas and drove me there. So welcoming,, and understanding, listened to me , got to know me and what im looking for, i was nervouse as im looking through the dresses, beuatiful selection, but i only had the option to take a floor sample, since i only had a month to my weeding. tired on numerous dresses, from bling to bling bling an the more so. i wasnt feeling it. Nick! who was helping me from the begining, was so gentle with his words, so kind and understanding, i was so embarrsed since whatever i was trying on , i wasnt feeling it. i was already 2 hours in the store and confused and tired, but was confident that i was going to end up with a dress that day! i took a little break, and Nick and Tomica were really trying their best to find something for me, they went in the back and came out smiling, and Nick asked me to try one more thing, and they were not supposed to sell it, until it was for a special person, it tried the dress, comepletly stunning, nicely filled, tube dress, with boneing, and ruching on the side and a slit in the left front side, with buttons all they way down to the tail. gorgouse, i couldnt stop smiling, i felt good in it, comfortable, not overwhelming, yet classy and elegant. i can go on and on with the experince i had at Strut Bridal, but if you are a bride and looking for genuine customer service, this is the place. it tiik me 4 hours, in the store and they had to stay 2 hours after closing. Thank you for all the help!! packaged my dress beautifully and both gave me the kindest hug. they really wanted to make me happy and they delivered. God Bless you guys, NIck you are a beautiful sole who loves his job., and Tomika, you rock with the confidence you gave me...

I met an amazing woman who was knowledgeable and professional. Honestly I didn’t think I would find my dress on the very first appointment, but that is what happened. I love the dress! Tamiko and her staff are wonderful!

Nick was BEYOND AMAZING!!!! The attention to detail, even before I arrived to my appointment really showcased the excellent professionalism and artistic commitment to my vision. I said yes to the dress, said yes to the artistic abilities of my stylist Nick, yes to Strut...I do!
The dress selection features well-made amazing quality dresses. And the accessories were on point. I can't wait to walk down the aisle in my dress.

From the moment that I was connected with Nick, I absolutely appreciated his fast response to the email communication.
We instantly got connected and had a wonderful conversation. His professionalism and friendliness made me feel so welcome. Nick has a true gift for understanding a person‘s vision and helping them bring it to life.
We had an opportunity to collaborate together on a project and let me tell you his attentiveness and enthusiasm made the entire process seamless. He truly cares about providing a safe and welcome space for anyone who is looking for wedding dresses.
When we arrived to the dress shop, we were greeted with open arms and definitely encouraged to try things on. when I tell you, I’ve never had so much fun shopping for dresses.
This has definitely been one of the best experiences I have had. if you are a couple who is looking for a very safe and welcoming space to try on dresses I highly recommend you ask for Nick and he will take care of you.
I am blown away with his knowledge and expertise in this space. Thank you so much for providing me with so much guidance in this creative project.

Nick is the Randy of Strut Bridal! IYKYK
I spoke with Nick on the phone a few days prior to my dress appointment. He asked me detailed questions, immediately got my vision and they texted me so I could send inspo pictures and my pinterest board!
He told me his stores success rate for finding bride's their dress. I didn't know my budget so I wasn't sure coming in to my appointment if I'd get to be one of those lucky girls, but I was! It was such a magical day and it wouldn't have been so successful without his expert eye and my mom.

I had a wonderful experience when I came here the other day to find a wedding dress in a short amount of time and was able to find one I loved with the help of Tamiko. She not only helped me find the dress but also helped with showing me bridesmaid dresses and gave me so much information. She was super kind and extremely helpful I feel very thankful to have such a lovely experience. I 100 percent would recommend anyone who’s looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dress to come here.

I booked this appointment last minute because I had come from a bridal dress shop earlier that day that did not carry my size. Feeling down on myself, I found Strut nearby and asked if they could squeeze me in so I could possibly find SOMETHING and not waste my whole day. They were super cool about letting me in thirty minutes from when I called--so soon that I had to really book it to the shop to make it on time!
When I entered the shop it was decorated neatly but appeared busy and "lived in" in a cozy way and smelled like fresh coffee, since they offered free coffee and water as refreshments near the front of the shop. I had to wait for a while, but this is only because my stylist Tamiko had had an appointment ahead of me and I'd barely squeezed in last moment with no prior warning. My future mother-in-law and I waited patiently, but the owner of the shop and Tamiko assured us several times that they were aware of us and trying their best to get to us, which I appreciated.
I was shown to the back fitting area for me as one of the last appointments of the day and Tamiko took in my preferred style and size and any concerns I had about my wedding dress. I asked for very little glitter and beading, A-line shape, and a sweetheart neckline that I could customize with sleeves later.
She brought me dresses in my price range and in my style somewhat--dress one was meh but not far off from what I was asking for, the second one was fabulous and nearly what I wanted, and the third one was The Dress.
A snag in the moment came in the form of my mom's criticism on Facetime but Tamiko did her best to smooth the moment over and make me feel like I was making my own decision to take the dress home.
Tamiko and another co-worker stayed after hours without rushing me or making me feel guilty for being past hours despite my protests that we hurry so they could go home. The visit ended with a very positive note and big hugs to the stylists there who connected with me on a personal level and made me feel beautiful and welcomed.
I loved the service, personalization, grace, and expertise from my stylist, Tamiko. The prices were pretty standard but didn't feel unfair. The selection for plus sizes was enormous and ranged all the way up to size 38. If you are plus-sized, this shop is the shop I would recommend for your wedding day.

It was an immense pleasure shopping at Strut. Nick was so helpful and got me into as many dresses as I needed to find the right one. This store even had the exact dress from my Pinterest board! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

FAB-U-LOUS.
I booked this appointment having already had my mind set on a dress from David's Bridal. And trust me when I say, "don't put a deposit on a dress if you still have other appointment."
My appointment was with Nick and he was absolutely amazing. He started by offering us drinks and snacks and made us feel Uber special. He picked out 4-5 dresses for me to try on based on the limited information I provided and he nailed it on the first try. I tried on all the dresses he brought but I was already in love with the first one. The dress was a real pain too considering all the buttons but he was patient and so kind throughout the entire appointment. I wanted to wear the dress again at the very end and he buttoned it all up for me again without hesitation.
If I could give him 5 stars on his own, this would be a 10 star review. I'll update this review after my wedding to include a photo of the dress.
