I’ve been renting a unit here for quite some time and I’ve always dealt with Cynthia and a young lady who is very sweet with red hair unfortunately I have no idea what her name is. The new “manager” that they have on staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. She kept cutting me off while I was speaking and failed to outline policy before completing payment. I will be escalating this conversation with Cynthia and seeing if I can go a step further with corporate. In the climate that we live in it pays to be a bit nicer if you don’t like people don’t work in customer service

After renting numerous units here and paying for months ahead at a time, this director of operations Jon Carabio raised the rent on all of my units increasing my costs by 350 a month during a pandemic! He has shown his true colors of greed and lack of appreciation for his customers. I will move out into a place that doesn't have rats and shows appreciation for good clients ASAP. Not giving my money to someone who doesn't appreciate my business. By the way Cynthia is WONDERFUL. If it weren't for her I would have never even rented here in the first place.

Do not come here! Rats have destroyed our stuff not only once but twice! And to top it off they wont do anything about it. They treat the situation like it’s nothing and happens all the time. All they say is Their “hands are tied” smh no customer service what so ever. Worst experience ever
