My unit caught on fire almost a month ago! No updates, can't do the insurance claim because they won't let us in to take pictures, and they had the audacity to email me saying I didn't pay this month & try to charge me a late fee!!! They have my card on file, WHY DIDNT THEY USE IT? & how are you going to charge me for a unit I don't have access to? & that is basically ruined? Wtf am I paying for?

Worst storage ever. Dirty, disgusting, and filthy. Place is not maintained at all. Homeless ghetto all along the side of the building and have been there for years. Place burned down and dozens of units were completely destroyed. Buildings unkept with no elevators. They promise to keep your valuables safe but in hell. Please consider leaving, your belongings are not safe here.

A run down slum with drug addicts running around thrashing the place. Homeless encampment all along the property which created a fire hazard. Place burned down and over 30 units destroyed, according to the Long Beach Telegram. Please consider leaving, your belongings are not safe here. Do not trust these liars, they're the worst.

I don't have much positive to say about the facility since my belongings were stolen out of my storage unit and the insurance that I paid for through them only covered $2500. Not to mention they went up in fees twice in the two years my stuff was there. But the bright side of my dealings with them was the manager named Justin. His customer service skills along with his ability to be able to communicate turned my bad experience into a manageable one. Justin was able to be sympathetic to my losses and try to provide some viable options for me moving forward. People like Justin should absolutely be acknowledged and recognized for their efforts and kindness. I hope Store for less realizes what kind of employee they have and the value he brings.

The prices are great and the customer service is also. I recently got a room here and they honored there prices just as advertised. The staff is always helpful and willing to work with you. I’ll be staying here for a while based on my experience
