I have had a unit here for about 10 years, and now my parents have one too. This place is so well maintained and the staff is the best! Climate controlled, never seen a bug here, clean, and the upgrade features regularly. If you’re looking in Long Beach for a storage unit, this place is top tier! Maria, the manager keeps the place in order and has been there since I first got my unit. Always willing to help and answer any questions. Even the silly “i forgot my code” questions lolol thank you StorQuest Long Beach!

This facility is clean, secure and well run. I'm very impressed with the entire operation. The manager, Maria, is really helpful and will answer your questions in a friendly and caring manner. The other people who rent space here are also very friendly as well.

I was in need of a self storage unit the other day to free up some space from my small 1 bedroom condo. I searched a few storage places in the area and StorQuest seemed to have exactly what I was looking for. A small temperature controlled, clean and secure unit.
I stopped inside after work and was greeted by the store manager Maria. She was super helpful, showing me an available unit that was the perfect size for me, a 5’x10’. I was in and out of there with my new storage unit quickly. My place and vehicles are now free of the excess stuff I put in storage. Thanks again Maria!

I coordinated with Maria over email to get my unit setup. To get the keys and pay for it and general setup, my fiancé went to the facility. Generally, she was really responsive and helpful.
When my fiancé got to the facility, Maria was extremely rude to him and as soon as he got there said things like
"who are you", "i have no idea what is happening" and etc. He mentioned my name and she said she has no idea who that is. Lastly, I had stated we wanted a 5x5 unit, and she was aggressive in pressuring us to take a bigger unit saying "its not gonna be enough" and demanding to know what items we plan to use it for.
She may have had a hard day, but her customer service skills went out the window and she took it out on my partner.
I've used Storquest in the past with other moves, but the whole experience with Maria makes me question using them in the future, or at least not using this location.

They were great with answering questions. They responded on the phone and always called back if they were out helping people in the lot. I was really appreciative of all the help they gave me.

We are leaving with the new owners price hike. Very high rates and my last visit; I went to grab some collectables only to find they no longer have consistent environmental control. It was quite warm for my record collection. No longer a place to keep temperature sensitive items.

Location has friendly staff, Maria was very professional, the facility is super clean, and most importantly safe. Never had an issue here. I have deployed several times with military and left my belongings there for over a year. Upon my return everything was as I left it. That's why I continue to use them. 100% recommended for your storage needs.

Maria was so kind. We came in almost at closing to get a unit and she was so nice and helpful, showed me different sizes and everything at the end of her day. Would recommend Maria at StorQuest any day!

Oh my gosh you have to rent here. They took crazy good care of me. Always kind, courteous and treat you like family. Plus the facilities are super clean, safe, well maintained and right next to the freeway. Can’t beat it! Thanks Maria! Whatever they pay you it’s not enough!
