this place steals your bank mail if you receive mail with them through ipostal. i went to pick up my mail, and somehow, they gave me everything except 2 pieces of mail that had debit cards in them.

The customer service was excellent. I am truly thankful for the cashier who encouraged me to sign up for the rewards program by downloading the Staples app. She walked me through the steps and made the transaction much easier than I thought it would be.

Thankyou Amy for great customer service I just needed one thing printed the copy machine would not accept my debit card so I went to get assistance from the woman working at the print center she was absolutely no help I asked her if it was possible if she can print it out for me since they no longer load cards she didn’t give me no other alternative to try to help me instead she complained about her work load. I stood in the line for like 10 minutes waiting for her and she was no help.So upon walking out the store I called the store. Thank God. Amy answered the phone and she assisted me instead she asked me to just come to the register and just buy a gift card to add money on it and I was able to print so thank you so much Amy for your great customer service unlike your coworker ?

There is a very rude employee at this store. Once again when I entered the store this morning and politely said hello to him as I’ve done in the past. Again he ignored that I was addressing him. Not a “Can I help you?” Nothing. Just like he had done during my past few visits. Then after waiting at the check out for several minutes he returned from wandering around to his station at the cash register and stood staring at me without saying a word. So, I asked if the item I was buying qualified for the rewards credit rebate. He stared at me with contempt and uttered, “Huh?” I asked him if he was listening to me? He remained silent. So I decided not to make the purchase and post this instead. If Staples management wishes to hire rude retail sales staff, I will make my purchases elsewhere or online. Hiring quotas should not be the way employees are selected.

This is for the service by young lady who works at the print shop on Monday, January 29, 2024. I came in because when I went to do my print order on their website the website suggested that I utilize the email feature to email the documents to Stapleswhere I could then go to any of their printers and print the documents off and pay for them. That seems like a simpler solution so I chose that. I had with me cash and my Apple Pay but not my wallet as my wallet has gone missing and I cannot find my physical cards. She told me that their store will no longer take cash or Apple Pay and will only accept physical cards unless I want to do a print order, something I could've done hours ago when I first access their website, but at this point it would not be ready till tomorrow which is too late to get the legal documents that I need. She did not care how much this was hurting my life and how bad this was affecting me, these are legal documents that I need to get printed for tomorrow, as far as she is concerned it's not her problem and she doesn't have to find way to help me I do not trust any business that does not accept cash payments, and would not recommend this business to any person there used to be a Staples close to my house that was really great, but that closed and now we have this piece of crap I have to drive 20 minutes One Direction to get to due to traffic in the area

Called and inquired about printing. Questions were answered but customer service representative was lackluster about my excitement for the product which left me feeling, “Is the product as good as I think it?”. Now my perception ‘flatlined’.

Sent a document to get printed and drive 15 minutes for them to tell me if i don't have a debit/credit card i cannot print it out, I spoke with the short manager and he told me there was nothing he can do if i don't have a card, was rude and good for nothing, i don't know how some people are managers, i guess it's true it's not what you know but who you know.

I sometimes forget that Staples is an option for copy center needs. I also forget that they also have office equipment and furniture, sometimes at really good prices. Staples also is a drop office location for Amazon and PayPal. They also offer shredding services for $1.87/ pound. Parking - The have their own private parking lot with ample spaces.

I am disappointed, they do the bare minimum work to avoid HELPING you . This used to be my favorite place to come print documents. Now , it’s a nightmare.Now THEY make you use self service even if it’s not WORKING! I was there for 30 minutes trying out their advice and downloading all different apps to get my document to print and I asked the manager YESENIA, “ Can I send the document to you and you print it out “ she says , “ YOU can put an order in” like really? A order for one piece of paper? If I were a manager I would’ve helped the in store customer needs first ! Especially if the order required very little time that’s when logic comes in! Granted , if I had 50 pieces of papers that needed printing I would’ve totally understood the inconvenience…. Yesenia , saw me trying , waiting, and nothing! They are not of service to help YOU . They’re there to do the least as possible and talk amongst other co-workers …. I am , Very upset. I left without getting anything printed or felt anyone tried to help me effectively ….Yesenia ,
