I needed a game board I drew out laminated ASAP. Cecily (or CeCe) WAS SO HELPFUL! I called to get some information about lamination before I went to the location. She was friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. I was pressed for time, her and the team GOT right on it when I arrived! I was so appreciative! They explained the lamination process and they even gave me a disclaimer (the laminator gets super hot May or may not damage my item (I appreciated the heads up). I paid less than I expected to pay, great. Rush fee VERY AFFORDABLE! Great customer service, this location was definitely out of my way BUT I’ll go the extra mile to this location just for the service!

I designed and ordered a 3' x 8' banner online for pick-up in store. I paid for an add-on of "adhesive hangers" with my order. Upon pick-up, I see that the adhesive hangers are incredibly flimsy and light, with a very tiny adhesive strip. (They also do not match the image of them online.) I was certain that they would not support the banner, so I asked to be refunded for only the add-on price of the adhesive hangers. This was not possible for the store to do, since it was ordered online. It took A LOT of work on the end of a very helpful sales associate, Cecily, to get me my refund. It should absolutely not have been this difficult for her, but I appreciate all the help that she gave me. (Just a heads up for all those ordering online.) Cecily even called me the next day to confirm the refund would go through. THANK YOU, CECILY! The banner came out beautifully but I would not order add-ons again until seeing them in person.

The only reason Staples gets one star is because the young woman at the printing station Susie, was mad professional. Even when some stale baby boomer was flirting with her, asking personal questions.Overall, it was a pathetic, time-wasting experience. None of the four copiers worked. Either have working machines or eliminate them all together.Poor Susie was alone behind the counter as one frustrated (potential) customer after another, just gave up and left (probably going to the Staples on Atlantic, which has much better customer service.)

Always enjoy coming to Staples for Art/ Office Supplies:) The clearance section has some great deals:) These Uniball & Pilot pens were selling for $1- .46 cents each I got all of them :) They usually are $3 a pop:) The Bic Round Stic balled point pens 1.0 medium and 0.8 extra fine points (red,blue, black ink) during back to school especially have a great sale going on:) It will always in my opinion beat Amazon since there’s nothing compared to be able to see and feel the product in person then hopefully getting the correct product from an image off the screen on Amazon. Staples has an online store too:) More good deals come throughout the year though at most Staples:)

I want to shout out Anna, Natalia, and the rest of the Staples team at this location. Always very helpful, polite, and their attitude is on point. It's hard to find good employees, I would know, and I want to recognize the team for their professionalism and great service. When I come in here for printing services and other business errands I am happy to know that I will find what I need and that my cocktail menus will look great for our next events!

Anna at the print desk was amazing! I had a sticker emergency and she came through: she showed me exactly what to get and how to use the Avery template. She made sure my stickers were the perfect color and was just so incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service and true competence. Thank you!

ANNA IS THE BEST!!! I called before hand with a stupid question to see if I could get help and she was super kind from the jump! I came in and she helped me through and through to get what I wanted! I was having trouble with my document and she helped me figure it out. I was kinda bummed that I couldn't get my assignment turned in on time but Anna's helpful and kind attitude turned my day upside down lol cheesy but she's seriously awesome!
