THIS IS A EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A CHINESE DRY CLEANERS & TAILORING SHOP. THEY ARE VERY RACIST AGAINST AFRICAN AMERICANS. I WENT THERE TODAY WITH TWO PAIRS OF PANTS, 1 AS AN EXAMPLE WITH CORRECT MEASUREMENTS OF WHAT I WANT THE 2ND PAIR OF DRESS PANTS TO BE. I ASKED FOR 2ND PAIR TO BE THE SAME LENGTH & FOR THE WIDTH OF THE FRENCH CUFFS AT THE BOTTOM TO BE TAKEN IN FROM 11 1/2 DOWN TO 9 INCHES, THE SAME AS THE 1ST PAIR DUE TO THE FACT THAT BOTH PANTS HAVE A FULL MATCHING OUTFIT AS A SET, AND I'M GOING OUT TO DINNER FOR MY BIRTHDAY NEXT WEEKEND OUT OF TOWN. MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDDAUGHTER ARE TAKING ME TO DINNER. THE CLERK AT THE CLEANERS LOOKED AT ME UP AND DOWN WITH MEAN LOOKS, MEASURED BOTH PAIRS OF PANTS, AND TOLD ME 'THATS TOO MUCH WORK WHILE LOOKING ME UP AND DOWN.' I TOLD HER WHATEVER THE PRICE WAS, I'M WILLING TO PAY IT, BECAUSE I JUST WANT MY PANTS BACK BEFORE FRIDAY, AND TODAY IS TUESDAY. SHE STILL REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICES TO ME, SO I LEFT, WENT 6 BLOCKS AWAY TO A DRY CLEANERS CLOSER TO MY HOME WHO HAD NO PROBLEM PROVIDING ANY SERVICE I NEEDED WITH NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER.SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANERS (SPOTLESS DRY CLEANERS AND TAILORING) TO ANYONE. THE STAFF IS RUDE, RACIST, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. ITS BETTER TO PAY A LIL MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT PROVIDES ALL OF THE SERVICES WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do not come here. $12 for a uniform with an upcharge because I told her I couldn't wait 3 days and needed them in two. I understand a small fee for that but two uniforms cost me $24. This is insane. Especially considering it's not even an updated, neat and modern dry cleaner. Not worth your time, drive somewhere else. I only came here because I was in a bind and housesitting nearby. Never again. I dropped them off Saturday and she told me Wednesday evening. That is an insane amount of time for two uniforms and to charge me so much for a day early is crazy. I go somewhere much nicer normally and they only charge $8 a uniform.

Last week, I went to Spotless Dry Cleaners for the very first time to pick up my mother's dry cleaning. The woman, who believe owns the business, is the most sweetest and friendliest person ever! While her accent was at times difficult to understand, what resonated clearly was her warmth and kindness. This is what our world needs more of.

I don't wear a lot of clothing that requires dry cleaning but my favorite blazer was in need of a good cleaning so I dropped it off at spotless after scouring yelp. I chose spotless because it was the closest to me with the best reviews. I dropped off on a Tuesday mid-day and was told to come back Fri at 1:30 to pickup. I came at 1:20 because i was in the area and the gate was locked. Maybe lunch break? I left to run another errand and when i came back they were very slow to process the transaction using an ancient square swiper and an ipad. I scanned the blazer in the bag before I left and thought it looked fine. When i got home and took it out of the packaging I noticed some small stains on the sleeve and another dark stain on the collar. I am very unhappy with the quality of this cleaner and will not be taking anything there again. I took photos of my jacket before I dropped it off so i am certain that the stains were done by the cleaners. Take your precious garments elsewhere, this business is careless and unreliable.

i called this place because i had a lot of clothes to be dry cleaned and pants for alterations and the asian lady that answear was very rude she hanged up on me wile i was asking her a question so i called back and she would refuse my calls

fair pricing she was a very sweet woman! i took i'm my white linen comforter here and it was looking a little off white-just picked it up and it looks bright white and like new!!

Called this establishment today to inquire about dry cleaning prices & the lady I spoke with was very, very rude & obnoxious & hung up in my face. When I called back to ask why she hung up, she was very, very rude once again & said I have a customer & hung up again. I will NEVER utilize nor recommend this business to anyone in the future. HORRIBLE phone customer service.

I'd been going to this place (to take my bf's clothes) for over a year and usually picked up and dropped off. Today, he went to pick it up while I waited in the car. After a minute, he called me to ask that I meet him inside immediately. I hurried in and he explained that the lady took his receipt, said it wasn't his, and tore it up! She looked at me and tried to show me the original, saying it wasn't his. He was heated and left to wait outside. I told her I'm the one who drops off, but it's his clothes, and demanded she give me his things. She apologized, then said she'd have his clothes delivered at 2pm. I asked how I was supposed to get his things when she tore the receipt; she gave me another one. Needless to say, I ended up returning for his things myself and will be looking for another dry cleaner. It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer.

I enjoy the family atmosphere here. The store is welcoming with a lush garden of indoor plants. I've brought many items here for alteration and cleaning with great results. The owner is like the local grandmother to the many customers who I noticed coming in that have know her for years it seems.

I don't usually do this, but I'm very unhappy with this place. It was my first time there, I decided to give it a try due to it being so close to my house. I went in on Thursday morning to get my dress altered she said it would be ready Friday morning. I went in Friday morning to string hanging out of my dress, once I take a good look at it the stitching was TERRIBLE. It was so uneven and unaligned. I asked her why it was like that, her excuse was "Velvet material is so hard to do, it slips." I told her why couldn't she tell me that when I dropped it off. She said she would fix it & give it to me Saturday morning, I need my dress for Saturday & with seeing her work I honestly couldn't trust that she would "fix it," considering it's "hard" for her to do. So I left & won't be coming back! Thank you for ruining my dress.
