Customer service is really good. But I'm still having issues with there products. I wish I had never switched my phone service. After my contract I'm leaving Spectrum.

Went to pay my bill at the Bellflower location about 2 hours ago. Some rude lady training another lady was so rude and unprofessional. She asked me over and over the verify my acct info until I lost my patience & walked out w/o paying the bill!
So now the poor custumer service gets extended to paying ur bill??

This is not for the location it is for the company in general. I was having problems with my service and they offered to send a new modem and router. When I received the new ones everything was wrapped in plastic. I opened the package and noticed little black things and then roaches started to crawl out of the modem and router!!!!! It couldn’t have happened in route because it was still wrapped in plastic!!! I was totally disgusted! All they could say was wow sorry and that was it. I asked for a credit and they said here is $5. I had to clean and make sure no roaches got away.i wouldn’t recommend getting “new equipment “ from them at all.

Decided to join Spectrum Tv. I stopped by Saturday and an event was being held on Pine street. (Viva Long Beach) Upon entering the store I was greeted by Stephanie. I came by to pickup Xumo boxes to complete the installation. It was a very easy process.The customer service was good.
It was about 3-4 of us there at that moment in the store lobby.

No one greets or acknowledges you. i stood in line for about 15 min before someone asked about a list apparently they have a list i just left.

This is my second time coming and no one has ever helped me. Why four employees? What are they doing? If there is any problem, they tell you to call customer service. They don’t want to call and clarify anything themselves. Just useless people in the room. In addition, they are also not friendly, because I pulled them away from doing nothing.
P. S. Spectrum mobile ruined my mental health with their attitude towards me.

Awesome customer service! Staff were super friendly when I walked in and the associate who assisted me was polite, knowledgeable and prompt. This in person experience was a million times better than the service I receive over the phone when calling the general customer service number. Thank you for your help!
