Spectrum is so bad technically and in terms of service. They have internet outage at least once per month and when you order a phone they can’t deliver it because of a series of mistakes and when you call the customer service they guess at the solution. They are so incompetent and they have no closed loop processes. Their customer service is not held accountable for their responses.

Would be zero stars if that was an option. Spent months with my business phones randomly not ringing or accepting voicemails because they kept attaching a digital voicemail box to it. It would go straight to a message telling my customers that my voicemail wasn't set up yet. It took 2 months and 6 calls before someone figured out the issue and then another 2 months for them to stop doing it. Every single tech would argue with me that it was something I was doing but NOPE, once they stopped attaching the mailbox it magically stopped happening. Now, I'm trying to transfer to Verizon and they're unable or unwilling to let me port my number. I've wasted so many hours on the phone with their customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Tried to have internet added to a our business in a building we share with 2 other businesses. Spectrum claimed a 14,000 charge to put in internet what a rip off and pos excuse beware

Their customer service is intolerable and extremely rude!! They will not let you talk and talk over you and finally when you put your foot down to get yourself heard, they will throw a hissy fit and the attitude on the customer service reps is unbelievable!

Established and cancelled service within 14 days. Returned equipment. All of this within 30 days. When I cancelled service, rep told me "no worries" as I was within the Customer Satisfaction period. Spectrum Business sent the account to collections with Sequim anyway. Extremely bad business practices. Will never consider, nor recommend their services ever.

Was quoted at 70.00 for the business lines then kept getting hung up on when trying to cancel due them not transferring me to a supervisor. Now on my 4th call been dealing with thos for over 2 hours. If anyone in management reads this please reach out to me well be closing 5 business accounts due to your lack of customer Support!!!!

I use a mobile App to gain access to my Gym. Spectrum Business is down at least once a month. I love Spectrum but for business it's hit or miss

Worst mobile support I ever experienced. I am a current business customer, I will be relocating my business next month Spectrum does not cover the area I am relocating to.I phoned Spectrum Mobile support three times with what I thought was a simple question. Because Spectrum does not cover the area I am moving to, I asked a support agent if I could have my business line ported over to my spectrum mobile phone. I was told yes.The first time I called support, the guy who tried to help me with this issue failed miserably. After waiting on hold for a long time the support agent came back and expressed how this is a simple issue and he would be glad to help me with it. I was never helped, the agent seemed un knowledgeable about what he was doing. At the end of the call he told me he thinks its been ported; he also stated that he would normally get a date that the line will be ported. However in my case he never got that message; but told me we will just wait and see if its ported or not.The second time I phoned support. Realizing three days have passed and the business line has not been ported. Had to explain the entire issue over again, I guess Spectrum does not keep notes. This support agent told me that their is no record of my business line being ported; but it is a simple process and he would be glad to help me with that. According to this agent the line has been ported to my cell phone and it will take three days for it to port.The third time I called support. After another three days have passed and the business line still has not been ported I spoke with a young lady and of course explained the entire issue all over again. I asked if there was any reason my line still has not been ported. This is the response I got " well I see you have a scheduled disconnect at the end of the month, I wonder if that could be causing the problem. I asked if it was possible to speak with someone who would know the answer. Was then told I would have to wait 48hrs to speak with a supervisor. At this point I just thru my hands the air and told the agent I give up.

0 stars would be too good of a review for Spectrum. We signed our contract for services back in Oct of 2023 and still services are not being rendered while we get billed. Account rep fails to answer emails regarding the lack of progress.In addition, they make you sign up for extra managed services just to provide basic services (Hidden fees)WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM SPECTRUM IF POSSIBLE. CHOOSE ANY OTHER PROVIDER

0 stars if I could. What a joke of a company. Terrible hardware and platform. Unavailable channels that you pay for. Unusable guide which even means you cannot use on demand channels. POS.they lock themselves into your neighborhood with insane prices. Only option is satellite if you can even get a signal.

Spectrum Business needs to be reprimanded and needs to be accountable for raising there prices> My phone bill is going up 60.00 a month starting in February this is such a rip off, and when I called to find out why the gentleman told me it is what it is!!!! Really we have been customers since 2015 and this is how I get treated. And when I said I was going to check with someone else he said , oh well I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. Wrong response to me this is going everywhere, and really don't care who all sees this. We as consumers need to start speaking up instead of getting stepped on and getting ripped off over and over and over. Enough is enough! I will be looking for a new carrier in the new future. Thanks for nothing Spectrum Business.
