  Tried to have internet added to a our business in a building we share with 2 other businesses. Spectrum claimed a 14,000 charge to put in internet what a rip off and pos excuse beware

  Their customer service is intolerable and extremely rude!! They will not let you talk and talk over you and finally when you put your foot down to get yourself heard, they will throw a hissy fit and the attitude on the customer service reps is unbelievable!

  Was quoted at 70.00 for the business lines then kept getting hung up on when trying to cancel due them not transferring me to a supervisor. Now on my 4th call been dealing with thos for over 2 hours.
