Great experience. We've driven by it a thousand times and always knew when the time came, we would go with Sleep Number because of the capability to have different sides of the bed difference firmness levels. The sales rep was nice and helped us with all our questions as we could not decide between a few options. Mattress delivers in a week so excited to finally have it!

I worked with Steve Mgr. He was very helpful with my purchase. I also went to Cerritos branch. I preferred purchasing from Long Beach branch due to the friendly staff and location.

My wife and I had such a great experience with Steve this past weekend looking for a new mattress! Steve was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience while he walked us through all of our options. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Chris ignored me after sitting directly in front of him for 10-15minutes. When I confronted him he said he assumed I came in with the Black couple that was already working with someone when I came in. I don't know if it's bc I'm Black, bc I look young (I'm not) or what, but Chris jumped at the chance to wait on the couple who came in well after me. Never once did I interact with the people Chris assumed I came in with. I was sitting on a bed directly in front of Chris talking to his customer about how excited I am to buy a new bed. Sales 101: greet everyone within 10 ft of you on the showroom. Chris didnt even make eye contact with me until i stormed out and back in to confront him. Chris's counterpart greeted me with a smile even though he was working with someone else, though. Proving it's not that hard, Chris. Now I have to drive to another location because Chris will not see a dime of my money. I've been looking forward to this purchase for months and have already done all the legwork. I literally walked in to just make a purchase. Chris ruined the whole experience for me.

This is our 2nd sleep number bed. Purchased recently with delivery quickly. Chris who patiently waited on us and completed the sale was much appreciated. Delivery was more than pleasant. Delivery people were so thorough and helpful. Recommend highly!!

My wife and I have been sleeping on an old bed that bows like a sway-backed horse. We've heard nothing but good things about Sleep Number beds, so we went in to check things out. TheSteve helped us by explaining each of the mattresses, expertly demonstrated the app, and really listened to our needs in a way salespeople seldom do. He helped us pick the correct options with a clear depth of product knowledge and we left satisfied, having ordered a new mattress with everything we wanted (and no pressure on the things we *didn't* want). We very highly recommend this store!

My wide and I had a great experience picking out our new mattress thanks to Steve. This was not just a regular mattress purchase. This was a whole different experience and most definitely a great investment for a well-deserved rest. Steve introduced us to some options. After discussing our budget, he showed us our options, and we were able to test out 3 different types of mattresses. Chris provided excellent service he should be manager or assistant because he's well knowledgeable with all of the pillows and the comforters and the mattresses great job
