Needed a new bed frame in a hurry and your customer service was outstanding. Frame not in stock in store but Nicole was able to add it on to their delivery from warehouse for next day! She confirmed availability by phone as well as phoning me when it was at store and ready for pickup. Nice sales assistant loaded it in my car as well.
All in all GREAT product and service..

We purchased a King Coil mattress a few years back from the Long Beach location. We worked with Kevin who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
Just recently, a portion of the bed failed and it needed to be replaced. We were able to get a new replacement bed covered by their warranty policy. We ended up working with Kevin again! He remembered us and the bed we purchased a few years back.
He was just as friendly and helpful with making sure the replacement bed was ordered and delivered.
I would highly recommend this location and, if possible, hit up Kevin to help you.

We had visited other mattress stores before we decided on this one. Nicole wasn’t the kind of pushy salesperson that made me feel uncomfortable, like other stores. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Would come back again!

The day I purchased a bed along with sheets and pillows my experience was great however the day of the delivery is where it was a complete nightmare that has continued. The Assistant Manager Reza Iradi was who help me and my wife the day of purchase. When the mattress, bed frame and accessories were delivered the mattress had numerous holes, the base of the bed was broken and it was the wrong bed. I immediately called the store and spoke to the Manager Nicole Padilla. She told me to refuse the delivery and she would make it right and have Reza call me. After a day passed I had not received a call from Reza. My wife ended up calling him explaining the situation and then ask how we were going to be compensated for mistakes made with our order. Reza stated he would have to call the corporate office and get a ok to do what my wife was asking. The next day I received a call from Nicole and she said they were going to discount the price to make up for the mistake. The second delivery came and again the order was wrong. We didn't receive the bed platform just the legs and a set of sheets were on back order. I accepted the delivery because I assumed Nicole and or Reza would do the right thing to makeup for yet another mistake, boy was I wrong.I have called three times since my delivery also leaving a message with Kevin to have Reza and or Nicole call me back. They have not reached out to me and obviously are ignoring my phone calls. To top it off I was charge 500 dollars more then my previous invoice. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Neither of them are interested in customer satisfaction and making right on mistakes that I have had to endure and pay for. Talk about shady business. Sit and Sleep will never have me as a returning customer.

Reza was so helpful to my husband in giving is pointers about the difference in mattress. We just thought you came in picked out what size you wanted and that was it, but it’s more about selecting what’s good for each individual and their needs. He really knows mattresses.
