Walked inside for a return and the men at the register made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Spoke in a very patronizing way. Not a respectful vibe at all. Thank goodness one woman was around to help. Homeless people with their pants almost to their ankles outside.. Terrible experience

I just want to send a huge Thank You to DJ who went out of his way to help me yesterday. As a project manager that deals with customer service all day , I can tell you that the way I was treated at the store yesterday is beyond pleasant. I can honestly say, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone take care of you like they actually enjoy to hell the customer. I also want to thank BrIan he was also very helpful and friendly. There attitude and vibe will definitely have me coming back to there stores thanks again for the great customer service that is hard to come by..., now a days.

Had to exchange shoes. Called the store ahead of time they found the shoes desired put them on hold for me and the exchange was an easy process.

Staff are rude. Raffle shoes go to staff families and friends I know cuz I know someone that gets his whole fam the new kicks from this store from a family member that works there. I saw this young district manager and I was going to say something but I remember a young fellow giving out raffle tickets told me the district managers get most of the pairs. I live 1 mile away I rather take my chances in Lakewood

I just purchased several pairs of Jordans from a reseller who provided original receipts to show they were purchased from this location. This tells me one person won three pairs of the same size Jordans from this location which is extremely suspicious. Suspecting this store is backdooring their special releases and the managers/employees are obviously shady and running unfair raffles. Long story short, don’t waste your time getting raffle tickets since they backdoor their pairs. Despicable human beings.

Everytime I go to this place I end up with a great experience! Lupe the Assistant Manager was a great help! She was patient, professional, and even made calls for me to see if they had my size shoe in another store without once showing signs of being irritated. Thank you guys for the customer service. And yes I am a loyal customer! Over the past month I have spent over $1000 on shoes, clothes, and a dope a** Raiders jacket! Keep up the good work!!
