“HaulPay is an excellent choice for brokers at all levels, from new to established. Their rates are unmatched in the industry, but their pricing structure can be a bit overwhelming at first. It takes some time to fully understand their unique approach, but once you do, you'll realize that their pricing is truly unbeatable for brokers.
As a new broker, HaulPay helped us build our credit and establish trust with carriers and other factoring companies. Thanks to their services (and some other strategies), our brokerage went from no credit to a 100 score at Ansonia and a 15 DTP rating.
Their offshore phone support could be improved by empowering the call center agents with better training and more authority to accomplish certain tasks. As it stands, these agents act more like an answering service, which we find very disappointing. That said, we've had much more success with the help of a few of their US-based team members via email and call-back. They are usually able resolve issues within a day or two. This responsiveness offsets the less than ideal phone support experience, for now.
