I have been a customer of this location for about 1 year and never had a problem here. Today (Dec 30) I walked in 25min before closing and was received with strong passive aggressive dismissive and negative attitude. I was repetitively reminded that the store was closing and de-facto I was refused service.I felt disrespected and irrelevant from the moment I walked in.

Great service and good value at Sherwin Williams. Prefer small stores to big box stores. Much less of a hassle.

The rep who assisted me was wonderful! I arrived about 15 minutes before closing. He helped me select the colors I needed, then loaded everything in my car when I had concerns about the 5-gallon container being too heavy.It's hard to find this kind of customer service these days. Good job Sherwin-Williams!

I love this Sherwin Williams. I've been here a few times in the last year as quarantine made me seriously rethink my homes aesthetic. The customer service here is top notch and this location is always pristinely clean.

As a painter here in Long Beach for the last 30 years or so, I have always been a pretty loyal customer to the Benjamin Moore stores. Coastal Paint for many years, then on to Smith Paint. But this Sherwin Williams store and the staff there are nothing but exceptional. Color matching is second to none. Staff there is extremely nice and will go out of their way to help you.Just wanted to say thanks for the great service. One happy customer here.

We purchased our home and were pretty overwhelmed having to figure out wall colors for every room inside and all of the salespeople were super helpful. When it was time to figure out period appropriate colors for the exterior we were pretty scared and Emiro is the man! He helped us out and figured out ways for us to get the most affordable but nice quality paint that they offered. He made the experience less stressful and even a little bit fun! :) We have kind of wild taste in colors so the fact that he was stoked on our choices made us feel even more at ease. Thanks buddy, we will be back! P.S. I made the mistake of painting my dining room orange at first and it did NOT look good. Emiro helped us out by showing us the best primer and paint to use to cover it up (even down to which paint roller for which brand of paint) and it all worked out exactly like he said it would! No more orange dining room!
