First time client here. Item clearly priced at $3. Did not honor pricing. Sales associate was snobby. It was not the error in price that bothered me but the way she handled it.

I feel validated reading other reviews about this store accusing people of stealing. I knew my friend and I were being watched and followed but convinced myself I was making a big deal. Sadly I did make a purchase, maybe to prove that I was genuinely shopping, but I wish I had trusted my gut and hadn’t given them my money.

Today while i was trying a Ring all of a sudden an employee approached and accused me of Stealing a Ring and asked me to search my pockets. I Was in absolute Shock for this rudeness.

My wife and I found our way in here looking for a unique gift for our Nona on her birthday. They have plenty of cool stuff, including jewelry and fashion apparel. We got helped by Sarah on a Friday night and she was plenty friendly and did not overstep the customer boundaries. We found this to be a nice store with plenty of good giftable options, I think Nona will be happy with our find.

While shopping in the store this afternoon, I was appalled to witness the horrific, accusatory and insulting customer service. A young lady and her colleagues were browsing the store as two of the store reps were standing near them. Suddenly, a young girl (employee) began yelling at the customer (in front of everyone in the store) accusing her of stealing a very inexpensive ring because the customer had reached into her pocket to get her phone to text her mother. The employee who was obviously in the wrong continued to yell and berate the customer, which was extremely uncomfortable for everyone in the store and unprofessional. To clear up the accusations of theft, the customer emptied all belongings from her pockets and then showed the employee her text message she sent to her mother. While raising her voice, the employee then showed the customer video surveillance of her reaching into her pocket getting her cell phone and continued to falsely accuse the customer of stealing. The level of unprofessionalism with the store employee and poor customer service was very disconcerting. What was more troubling, was watching the other employees do nothing. They stood by silently as this immature and rude employee humiliated a customer who was simply texting her mother.Needless to say, I set down my items and left the store. I have no intention of ever returning to a store that appeared to racially profile a customer and had no regard for the other customers shopping experience.Shame on you Shara.

The people here have a horrible attitude problem!! Every single person in here was rude and unhelpful and accusing my group of shop lifting. Even after proving that my friend did not take anything and emptying all her pockets these imbeciles had the audacity to keep giving attitude when they were wrong and from the looks of the reviews they've done this to others as well. How dare you treat random people with such disrespect. Watch who you screw over.

Entered and just felt like i was being watched and followed around as well. No greet at all. If they dont feel like talking or woke up wrong side of the bed then they shouldn't be working in jobs that involve interacting with customers. Did not feel welcome at all whatsoever.

We went in there purchased a hat and didn’t know there was damage. When we purchased the hat, we were told we had 14 days to return. Not 14 days to return for store credit only. They refused to refund the card and forced me to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Anyway, we left the place and had to waste 25 minutes on the phone with Wells Fargo on my day off for refusing to accept consumer rights. Shame on this company for their unethical business practice.
