Terrible service. Called to MAKE SURE IF THEY HAD A PRODUCT IN STOCK SO THAT I WOULDN’T WAIST MY TIME GOING TO THE STORE AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE BASICALLY SAID TO CHECK THE APP IF IT SHOWS NOT AVAILABLE THEN WE DONT HAVE IT !!!!! Never have I ever gotten this kind of service she refused to check a product!!!!! I have never gotten this kind of service !!! I DIDNT ASK FOR MUCH BUT SIMPLY TO CHECK A FOUNDATION!!!! DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!!!!

Being a guy, when I rarely get asked if I need help from employees but this location was different and the person at front asked me what I was looking for right away and I had other employees checking in on me. I wanted to browse but I appreciate the initiative each employee took to make sure I was doing okay :) the store was clean and I was able to test out everything I wanted to! will definitely be back!

Wow, the customer service at this location is phenomenal! After having a rough day, I truly appreciated my experience at this location. Everyone was so helpful without being over baring. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product offering I was considering which led me to purchase more than what I intended too, which was fine with me because I felt valued.

Sammy not only did a fantastic job with the makeup but also made the experience educational by explaining the products she used. It's always a bonus when a makeup artist takes the time to share their knowledge and make the client feel involved in the process.

Very kind employee who helped me (wished I gotten her name) who was standing by the door greeted. When I asked her few questions based on the products with recommendations, I could tell right away not only she enjoys her job, but was patient. We need more people like her who will get out of their way to provide customer service & she done a great job. Overall, the store was well organized & clean. Enjoyed my shopping experience here for the 1st time at this location.

i love the workers there. they were so helpful and sweet. they helped me find makeup that fit good for my skin. this is like an hour away from me but i deff go here more bcs of how kind the workers were. like they weren’t like intimidating like how i feel in other stores. they gave me really good makeup tips and was so patient with me even tho i ask like a hundred questions!

I called before j came got a guy on the phone had to explain what I was looking for couple times . He placed me on hold for about 4mins . Some female comes back and say they do have the perfume Prada in stock I ask was it the mini she offer the set . However I asked her to hold it for me. Once I arrived they didn’t even have it on hold . They played dum as I’d the call me we happened. . Poor service. For sure it was the KENNY I spoke with

Management, please stop making your employees ask every single customer if they need help multiple times. I promise you I will ask if I need help. It ruins the vibe when I come in just to browse and I have half a dozen associates coming up to me and asking me questions within a five minute time frame. I understand that it can be helpful for some, but not for all. That being said, the staff is AMAZING and super friendly. Love this location.

Love the staff here! Maddison helped me out during my visit, and she really went above and beyond. Not only did she take the time to find the right shade and products for me, but she gave helpful tips and recommendations for my skin concerns!

Came in looking for a concealer and got helped out by Alejandra and equlia, I can’t express how helpful and comfortable they made me feel. They also helped out my friend with some skincare he needed. Overall everyone in the store was super helpful! Definitely recommend this Sephora!
