The whole point of pick up curbside is to have the groceries on time for pick up that's why you choose a time slot and now I'm over here waiting over 30 mins. This is ridiculous and annoying.

This review is for online pickup. DO NOT LEAVE THE PARKING LOT UNTIL YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS.They ALWAYS forget items. It's ridiculous that we have to ask for refunds every time we order a pickup.

Sam's club has so many fine items available from quick and easy food items. To laundry soaps, bathroom necessities. You can pick up an area rug to a 85" TV. Wow! Come by and become a member sooner than later. Savings on everything you can imagine.

This is strictly for their Cafe. They have the worst production process! They have only ONE person preparing the orders and they do the orders in the exact order it came in. Even if you order ONE churro, it'll take 20-30 minutes to get it because you have to wait for all the orders before you. The system is so inefficient! The guy who was preparing the orders was extremely slow and I saw him trash at least 5 slices of pizza because he grabbed the wrong one. What a waste and horrible process. They can learn a lot from Costco or any fast food production process.

The pizza is good here. Not oily. They have a couple different topping options. For $2.49. This also comes with a soda. There are not that many tables available to sit at so you can eat it as they are all inside the place.

I love this place! The customer service is outstanding,10/10 I shop here all the time. I especially love the app, I walk in and walk out with no problems. I've also had my tires completely replaced here at a really good price. The food court does have long lines on the weekends only. Which is expected. For all those yelper's giving Sams club 1 stars based on the line, you suck! LolThey always have amazing deals. Sams club over Costco any day!

We recently visited Sam's Club in Long Beach, CA to take advantage of their $10 membership promotion and had a great experience. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by Rennel from member services. He was extremely helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. The food from the Cafe was also a standout. It was hot and fresh, and my kids absolutely loved the pizza pretzel and churros. I also had the hot dog combo, which I found to be better than the one offered at Costco. Additionally, Sam's Club had a better selection of fountain drinks. My only minor complaint was that the seating area could use a little more space. During meal times, it can get quite busy and crowded, which can make finding a place to sit a bit of a challenge. One thing to note is that the majority of the items available are manufacturer branded, rather than store branded. While this may be a preference for some, those who are looking for more store-branded options may need to search a bit harder.Overall, I still found a great selection of products available at Sam's Club, and the quality of the items I purchased was excellent. So, if you're looking for a great shopping experience with friendly service, fresh food, and a wide range of products to choose from, Sam's Club in Long Beach, CA is definitely worth checking out.

4.5 Stars Sam's Club Needs to offer a half shopping cart option with a cell phone holder built in....Their shopping carts have become way too large, heavy, and more difficult to move around.... There's also No proper place to put your phone

Delivery from club service is a NIGHTMARE!! 4 different orders attempted on two different days and ALL of them were either not delivered at all or we got other peoples orders. Club blames new outsourced delivery service, which doesn't really matter to me. Just get me my stuff!! I've spent, no joke, HOURS with chat and 888 number to get resolved. Store hangs up in you after it rings for literally 15 minutes, Call back in, same thing happens. Why am I even a member?!? I dunno.

Good service but can be improved. Came in with my 6 yr old for his booster COVID shot, not sure what went wrong but as soon as the Asian/ Vietnamese lady saw it was a small child started to hesitate with remarks halfway English/ Vietnamese like I can’t do this. In the end she let the vaccine go to waste and said ; “I can’t do it when they cry or move I may wind up putting the shot on my face … ? please try a different day…”I said; kids cry all the time, can you at least try to talk to him, offer him a candy. She just stand there and didn’t say a word. Shame, shame! Perhaps they should consider having a nurse that knows how to deal with children as well. Considering the importance of reducing sick cases at the local hospital and schools… ??♂️

I usually prefer Costco as it is literally a 5 minute or less drive from my house. I like to buy my arrowhead water because it is so much cheaper at Sam's Club so I just buy a few packs at a time. They do have a lot of stuff that is so much cheaper than Costco. Everything is always so organized and clean. I like that they also have the self checkout registers it seems to move so much faster.

Fourth of July $8 annual membership promo Having never been a member of a club store, before, when I heard about the Fourth of July $8 annual membership promo at Sam's Club, I figured why not? I've been a customer at Costco's food court, back when it was open to the general public, and I've been inside the store a couple times. Knowing Sam's Club would be a similar facsimile, thereof, I highlighted what having a membership entailed- - discounts at the Sam's Club gas station - samples - cheap pizza, hot dogs & more at the food court - bulk merchandise Trying to fill up on gas, I discovered the lines to be the same at Costco gas stations. Fortunately, my go-to station is usually only 5-6 cents more per gallon, without being insanely busy, which would nullify any gas savings I'd get at Sam's Club. Shopping-wise, I found some good deals on rice, extra virgin coconut oil, etc. I've only seen 2, sometimes 3, sample stations operating at a time. While nice, I would prefer at least 1 more. I love my samples. I'm a self checkout guy, and I've utilized Sam's self checkout lanes, minimizing time wasted in line. The food court has several different types of pizza, of which I usually go for the supreme. Hot dogs are good, too. Unfortunately, Sam's Club doesn't have the onion chopper gadget that Costco's food court has. I would load up on onions, back in the day. Seating is also minimal. Call yourself lucky if you manage to snag a table. The biggest positive to my annual membership would have to be the complimentary tire pressure check & fill. I simply have to pull up to the last shop bay, and an associate at the tire center will fill up my tires. The tires I currently have don't fit with the air compressor I've use at home for decades, so I'd have to fill my tires at gas stations. At Sam's Club, I can shop for savings on bulk items, try a few samples, have a cheap meal from the food court, and then have my tires filled before going home. Now, that's winning! Sam's Club recently raised their rates for annual memberships, and it's up in the air if I'm going to renew come next July. However, for an $8 annual membership, I believe the benefits far surpass the price of admission. I've enjoyed being a member, thus far, and am hoping Sam's Club will have another promo for renewals.

I love thi9s Sam's Club. The employees are helpful and the merchandise is top notch. For the snack bar please hire a few more folks. Your lines are to long for 1 window and 1 employee in back.

My go to Sam's Club. I just don't like their food court, they are so SLOW. I mean is just pizza and hot dogs. they should have a faster system and a professional team back there.
