We called after 3pm on a Friday to pick up over 30 boxes in Long Beach to be delivered to Long Beach. They were delivered by 4:30 and they were very affordable and responsive!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! 5++++ STARS! Worked with Greta, my new BFF in the Long Beach area. She picked up packages all over town for me and dropped them off on time and at numerous locations. I work in the Twin Cities and my boss was on business in the Long Beach area & in desperate need of office supplies, print jobs and baggage from the airport. GRETA DID IT ALL FOR ME! She is my hero!!!

Great price and service, professional correspondence by phone and email - half of the companies I called were using answering service. Called at noon, 2 hours later it was picked up and an hour later it was delivered. Receipt and confirmation of delivery sent to my email the minute it was delivered. Santa Ana to LAX, was the best price from the 4-5 companies that I called, many others were quoting $100+, they were half that price. Transporting wine in this temperature can be a real risk with traditional shippers but it wasn't even in transit for more than an hour.Very pleased.Ask for Greta.

I was thrilled to find a company willing to save the day by delivering some medical supplies needed same day. However, there was a slight glitch and the pick up wasn't ready on time. The company quoted me a price per minute for waiting but instead the driver left and returned an hour later. So I totally knew there would be an extra charge, but the company said they would call me back with the extra charge. They never did so I called them to ask after the package was en route. The price was higher than I expected and when I was asking how the charge was determined, but the older woman on the phone would not let me speak without talking over me. I asked her if she would listen to her customer (me) and she would not stop. She told me I should be grateful that she did not charge me more. I thanked her for letting me know what I should be grateful for. Then she became irrate and hung up on me. I did not yell, I was not calling names, cussing or any of that type of behavior so it's just unbelievable that a business cannot handle questions without being rude and hanging up on people. Unbelievable. As a business owner myself, I have had to learn to handle customers in all sorts of states. You just don't hang up on someone who is being reasonable.Now with that said, the older gentleman who delivered the package was very polite and listened to my complaint of how the phone call was handled, which I appreciate. This is an older couple: husband and wife. I would avoid using this company if you have a better option.
