Every week they have 50%off a certain color tag color. Great prices to start on clothing. The housewares are priced too high. All of the coffee mugs were priced at $3.99 that's crazy.

I used to work at the thrift store in Long Beach. I came from the program and was offered a job there. I also did everything in my power to uphold the mission of the Salvation Army because I believed in it. The captains there are awesome beautiful people with these values. However, Management only saw "profit" in the "non profit" organization it's trying to help. Alumni like myself are used up until it's impossible for us to stay. Then we're replaced by lazy non alumni who treats customer service as a joke. The manager is a terrible woman that keeps any bonuses for herself and gives pizza to the crew. The manager also has the homeless removed by security instead of helping them. GO TO GOODWILL.

Always enjoy going here. Remember to be nice to the cahiers, & managers and they'll be very nice to you. Love to shop here. Grab stuff when you can. I went back to make purchases and everything I wanted to buy was gonna. Highly recommend.

The audacity of this place to charge what they charge is mind blowing.. they don’t have fitting rooms available, NONE of the clothing is hung up by size & when something has a new price tag they charge more than what’s on the tag. The Pandemic changed everything. I used to enjoy thrifting, now it’s just a headache.……RESPONDING TO THEIR RESPONSE……Costly? Costly to have the employees you used to have? Y’all were doing just fine before the Pandemic & then once it happened you noticed that your higher ups and CEOs could collect more money. Of course they want more money and to not rehire people to better manage your stores. California gets billions to “combat” homelessness. California doesn’t need your money. Y’all need to do rein it in and serve the community better. Serve the people that pay y’all’s bills & salaries. Stop over pricing just because you can. It’s outrageous.

One of the cleanest and most well-stocked thrift stores in the area. Somebody there does an amazing job color coating and merchandising/displaying all of the goods, especially home decor.

Trust me. This place is great! I'm an employee. This is where alot of people get help. If it's a disaster or helping homeless. The Salvation Army is awesome! We do the most good! For real.

This is my favorite thrift store in town to support. Great people, unique finds and a steady stream of new merchandise daily. Don’t forget your coupon!

The customer service here is terrible and the people working here are just as bad. I don't understand why people work at a place they don't like. I understand we are all trying to make a living but we should all spread the love and positivity and that's what true customer service is all about!

Goood stuff but they will over charge you if you let yourself. Make sure you are aware of prices and what they are charging you. Specifically the white lady
