Ian ALWAYS solves my issues so swiftly and with very little if no pain at all! I had been encountering email delivery issues multiple times for problems that I was causing unintentionally, and Ian has always been a text or phone call away from a quick and reliable solution. Needed help with cable managing my PC. Was helped by both Ian and Mitch. They were a big help in not only helping me out with my cables, but also testing my pc and letting me know that my power supply no longer worked. Great company!

I came here because my friend suggested them. I'd never been here before but the building is big and clean with plenty of parking. I had to take the elevator to the second floor and turn right. I believe it was the second door. I had called beforehand so they were expecting me. I spoke on the phone to Ian but Mitchell was at the office to help me. He was very kind and even offered me a drink. I handed him my laptop and he took a look at it. He listened really well when I was trying to explain my issues & answered all questions, which were a lot lol. He got my laptop to turn on without crashing and hooked me with a cloud to backup all my files and photos so I don't lose anything. Overall, I was really impressed. I've never had such great service from a computer repair place before. Ian was very professional and Mitchell saved my data and laptop! Thank you guys so much! I'll definitely be sending my friends here now too!

I wish I have known them sooner. I was hesitant to try them out since they have few reviews. Then I found out that they give the best service. They know what they are doing. They fixed my network when we were down. They are prompt and they charge so reasonable. They come to my office if I needed to deploy new computers since we are expanding. They improve our security, and no more downtime. They made it easy for us. I truly recommend them. Top notch service. Fix all my PC. They also got me the servers I needed.

Disclaimer: Vendor to vendor review. Ian is great to work with. He's responsive and typically available within 48 hours. I appreciate his professionalism with my clients and I will continue to work with his company. He's knowledgeable with Windows Servers and Network Engineering.

We used Safe Harbor when we had issues with ads popping up on our laptop. Ian helped us out on this one. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. He removed a virus that was creating the problems. The computer is now running better and faster than ever. I would strongly urge you to use Safe Harbor for any of your computer needs.

Ian at Safe Harbor Technology helped us get our network installed at our sign studio in Long Beach. Ian gave us two options and after some consideration we decided to go with the higher-end Cisco solution. Ian integrated our production machinery, iMacs, MacBook Pros and a sole Windows 10 workstation into a seamless network. We feel very good about the hardware firewall he installed since our wide-format printer does need to access the web safely and securely. We are a small company but Ian was able to scale down his experience with large-scale, international networks to give us the solution we needed. Ian took complete charge of the project and that included procuring the equipment and contracting the cabling of the suite. It as a turnkey installation and has been trouble-free for us. Ian also installed our Microsoft 365 Exchange platform so that our emails and calendars are completely synched up. I highly recommend Ian and Safe Harbor Technology for any sized network job.
