Was there 2 weeks ago, (Mother’s Day) - my son bought me a pair of HOKAS. The man working checked my feet out and brought me 3 different kind of shoes. He was very helpful and very professional - I will be back❤️

As others reviews state, never any stock to try on. I came in for a visit. No one in the front of the store. Finally an employee greeted me and asked what I wanted to try on. I asked for 3 shoes to try on, and all happened to be out of stock. Every time I come in the employees seem bothered that they have to work and provide customer service. The scarce amount of traffic in store combined with the lacking customer service and low stock of product should be a sign of things to come.

I came looking for some new shoes for walking. Sadly this place has nothing available for me. I asked for a few shoes and I was told they could order them. I would like to try them on before ordering, isn't that the point? The girl that helped was super nice and I don't blame her for lack of inventory. I did buy a pair that I really shouldn't have bought . But they have a great return policy so they're going back

TL;DR: Very friendly staff and a shop with some runners amenities but limited sizes for each The two associates seemed very eager and ready to help us choose our new running shoes. They also had some fun amenities around the store I'm guessing to help check your foot size, pressure points, gait, etc. They carry the top running shoe brands on their relatively modest wall. However, they have very limited sizes/availability so when we went in they didn't have the size we wanted for our seemingly common Brooks model. The other customer that we overheard also didn't get the Hokas that she wanted either as they didn't have the size. Unfortunately, because of their limited size availability, I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have a specific thing in mind.

Hoka shoe's maybe expensive but they are worth every dollar they feel like your walking on clouds. Your feet will be happy everyday. I was recommended by a podiatrist to go to Runners High so now I will never buy another kind of shoe for my foot again they are the best type of shoe with people who have hard time walking heal to toe like me I walk on outside of my feet but these shoes will make you walk correctly and comfortable. Plus they come in a wide for the width if you have wide fat feet like me or if your feet swell it's better to get wide in your size.

Walked in ready to buy some new running shoes today. The sales guy completely ignored me, and literally walked out of the store to go get his fish & chips a few doors down. Never said a word to me. He just lost my business. I'll never go back. Such a bummer (and SO RUDE!).

Came in here looking for some insoles for my patrol boots that I will be using in the police academy. Cody was a big help in helping me find a good insole for my boots. I Will definitely be back in the future.

I went in today and received support from Patrick and, despite having a store full of customers, he was patient and helped me select/try on a variety of shoes that fit my comfort and style. Great experience and I'll definitely be back for a new pair once these wear down. Thanks, Patrick!!!
