I love Roxies, nothing but good people here. The grandmother grand daughter duo here makes the place special. They will always give you a date on when to pick up your clothes , however they are always ahead of schedule.

I came to Roxie's in a pinch, as my usual dry cleaners is closed on Monday's and I needed some clothes back by Thursday for a trip. The "dry cleaned" clothes I picked up this morning, upon inspection later this evening were not cleaned at all. My clothes are still visibly dirty. It's an awful feeling when you trust an establishment to provide a service, and they completely fail to provide that service. Not only fail, but intentionally deceive their customer. I finally got around to inspecting my clothes when I had to pack this evening and feel absolutely violated and robbed by this experience. I paid $58 for 4 dresses and 2 blouses to be cleaned, and none of them are usable for my trip. I think they left my garments hanging on a rack all week and steamed them? They still smell dirty and have stains. I'll have to get them all dry cleaned again when I return. As a life long resident of Long Beach, I'll make sure to avoid this place like the plague and tell all of my friends and family to not give this place a dime. Horrible horrible experience.
