I see reviews abt long lines, understaffed, messy, etc. Kudos to the workers who deal w these sensitive, ignorant, complaining, distasteful customers. Like cmon really the store is messy because of lousy customers. At the fitting room, I saw a lady give the worker a hard time bc she didn’t want to follow the process of hanging items and waiting them to be counted. Sometimes people really forget the workers are also human. Those who are complaining probably never worked retail before. Don’t speak if you haven’t been in their shoes ?️??

Horrible! Horrible service. If this location is going to treat their patrons as criminals, then it should be closed down. It's degrading. On top of that, the cashier Brenda is repulsive. She needs to quit if she doesn't see service as an attribute. Lastly, checking my receipts after being harassed at the entrance is ridiculous. CLOSE THIS Ross!

They are crazy ? ? ? ? ?
They have security with live recording cameras, bulletproof vests, line to get in, a bouncer that checks you in. They are insane. I mean, I get it it's because they probably got robbed but why make it such an awkward experience for everyone?

Ghetto location. They have the entrance blocked on the inside and outside and you have to wait for someone to let you in. No hello or anything, they just immediately denied me entrance because I had a drink in my hand yet let people in with a pet dog and a backpack. No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere. Felt like a criminal before I even walked in. It’s like prison processing, very weird. Reported this location to corporate.

They will not let you in if you come in with a drink with ,lmfao. Coffee, water,soda, etc. So that just means shop somewhere else.

This store looked like a zoo, all the clothes are thrown on the floor. The shoes aren't in the correct spot for size. When I checked out to buy a car phone charger it didn't have a price. They asked manager for price and she said it was same price as the higher up model. That did not make any sense to me since it was a lower model charger than the others with only one port. I confronted the manager and asked why she would say it was the same price. The manager was very rude and had very limited response to what I was asking and commenting on. She said " yeah". I told her when I customer is giving feedback it's not professional to answer "yeah" . I'll never bring my business there ever again. It was a sad excuse for a store and sad excuse for a manager.

It was ok I really don't like that they make you wait at the door and read you this speech about safety and volume management there is no one in the store its not packed just let me in so i can spend my money this dont make no since I can see 5 people in here there is no crowd to be controlled and they are always out if sleepwear for kids do better Ross

They are THIEVES!!!!! They charged me for a dress that they did not even put on the bill and exchanged the product ID with some other expensive dress. Make sure before you go out of building after receiving bill, you actually check each and every product listed there and MAKE SURE IT MATCHES THE DESCRIPTION. I’m so angry right now, this is literally stealing. When I came to return the dress and mention how one of the dresses which I didn’t even buy was listed TWICE on the bill, the manager plainly refused to return anything and when I persisted, she said she will check the camera to see what I bought and came after 15 mins saying I checked the centra but didn’t see the dress!!????? What the actual f how cheap you have to be to not accept that you are running this racket with customers to steal. Wish I could file a complaint right now.

Make sure you enter through the proper door or they will give you a hard time, most likely tell you to exit and reenter through the proper door... The manager Emma called me a explicit names in Spanish thinking that I didn't know what a pendejo or cabron meant... I highly suggest just walking across the street to Marshall's and getting a better experience...
