It was really crowded for the middle of the day. There were only 2 cashiers working at that time. Ill go back because I really like their linens and the craft aisle.
Update: I was followed around the store by security. Ive shopped there for MANY years and spent a lot of money there. I saw him but I tried to ignore him. Well after I paid and left the store, I saw this guy following me 2 blocks from the store! I gave him a dirty look then crossed the street. When I looked back he was gone! NEVER going back there!! EVER!!

Love it. There is something for everyone, but make sure you Empty your bowel before going so you don't get caught up because there is no public restroom there

An easy stop for a quick drop-in while walking around DTLB, Ross is one of the few national retail stores that are still open at the City Place Shopping center. Like any Ross, one can find some really good deals for brand new clothes and housewares, but this one seems to be severely understocked compared to others. We wanted to get towels, and the selection was severely lacking. That being said, the selection of clothes was definitely a lot more than I remember, One interesting observation is that they always have someone monitoring the traffic coming into the store, and will make you wait for a little bit before allowing you to enter. Also, noticed that there is an Amazon locker for easy pick up if you live close by.

Losing money over not having a restroom is crazy. Today I left many items because I was told I couldn't use the restroom and was in the middle of shopping when my pregnant self had to really go. As I was heading out another person was complaining to the cashier about how unprofessional it is that they don't have restrooms.

Went into the store they stopped us from coming in and said that there's a limit of how many people can come into the store they even had like a rope blocking the entrance from coming in they told me that they have a limit I never heard of a store having a limit of people to come in we had to wait about 10 minutes just to go into the store we went in there the shelves were empty the sizes were on the wrong racks we couldn't find nothing that we needed we just got one little toy everything else was bad service no greetings whatsoever they do need to improve on their store
