Didn’t use them to move, just wanted to say they were outside our place moving the neighbors. Extremely polite and always considerate of the vehicles in the area, made to that nothing was effecting our vehicles. Would use them in the future if I need to move. Robb & Messer/ driver Manuel Munoz

I had a move scheduled from New York City to Los Angeles County, California. North American Van Lines driver Elvis and his team (NYC/NJ and CA)were fantastic! They were very professional and all of my belongings were in tact. The efficiency and skill him and his team has is just beyond expectations. Both days where they picked things up and unloaded things- it was really hot but they never complained or seemed upset about it. We had a really really heavy piano to move into the home that was a bit difficult to but they were able to make it work seamlessly and just the effort they put into their work is amazing. Thank you guys so much - my family and I are so appreciative!!

North American Van Lines Driver/Mover Matt Phillips was phenomenal. Matt helped make the move from SoCal to Florida worry-free. On load day, he orchestrated the crew while taking detailed inventory of my belongings. On delivery day, he showed up promptly at the agreed time. Before unloading, he gave my Mom and me cold bottles of cold water before single-handedly unloading my 40 boxes and furniture all the while projecting a positive, can-do attitude. He worked fast and efficiently. He was also a pleasure to talk to as we repeatedly made trips from the truck to the storage unit while verifying the inventory. I highly recommend North American Van Lines / Robb & Messer for coordinating this move and for hiring such fantastic employees. In addition to Matt, shout out to Fabian as well.

Not only one of the best moving companies I've dealt with, but one of the best companies overall! Everyone is very nice and helpful, it feels like you're working with a business in a small town. I had them pack up my apartment and store it while I wasn't there, then had them come move it into another apartment months later. They were very respectful of my stuff, nothing was damaged, everyone was kind and they were sure to do everything on my timeline. I had another move years later that I needed help with and still remembered how good their service was. Thanks for the help!!

A Very Unhappy CustomerBeware of using this company. Even though they were recommended to us and the company was Diamond Certified, we were extremely dissatisfied with the entire move in and out process. We hired the company to move us from Santa Rosa, CA to Oceanside CA. The company's moving/packing estimates were higher than we expected, however, with their additional packing charges added on after all our belongings were packed up, they still came in way over their estimate.The packing and move-out days were a complete disaster. They packed everything and anything into boxes, and most of the boxes were unlabeled. They used so much wrapping paper, that in many boxes, half of the contents were crumpled up paper. We even received a box packed with their trash from lunch, which they charged us for the packing and the box. They broke 4 lamps, two of them were antiques. We also shipped many large planters and a large Chinese vase that all arrived broken. We had many pieces of yard art that were shipped, and even with many of the pieces being packed, many arrived bent, broken, or damaged. The packing crew was totally unorganized, very chaotic, and were even rude to us as they tore through our house. The crew that moved us into our new home were better, and even though they got all our things re-assembled and placed in the house, the damages were fairly extensive and it was impossible to tell who broke what.I would say that I would never wish on anyone a packing/moving experience like the one we had with Robb & Messer Moving and Storage. We have reached out to the company, but have not had any communication that would alleviate our disaffection with their services. 0 Stars are the appropriate rating.A Very Unhappy Customer

I was grateful that Robb & Messer Moving was able to help me. I had to move suddenly and I needed movers that could help pack and also crate some items. Our move did not go quite Ike we planned when my husband got sick and couldn't help. The team at Robb and Messer went above and beyond to make it all happen! People in the office were so helpful and accommodating!! And the team who actually did the move was amazing!! They just took control and I was able to concentrate on my sick husband. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Loaded my belongings on Nov 17 and was promised delivery by Nov 27. As of December 4, my belongings had not left California for the Texas destination. Not only are these people incompetent, they lie freely. The driver told me he would not deliver to my address. Later, the company claimed he couldn't complete delivery because he hurt his knee. An obvious lie. Don't ever use these people. They are unresponsive, incompetent liars. Take your business somewhere else.

Moving sucks, but it sucks a lot less when you can trust the moving company to be professional and reliable. I was nervous to hire movers after my last experience, but my faith had been restored. I was introduced to Rob and Messer Moving after searching for "reputable moving companies" online and an actual human called me back for more information! She gathered my needs and sent my information to Rob and Messer. I was set up for a zoom call so my apartment could be properly viewed and en estimate could be made reflecting my specific needs/requirements. Brenda called promptly at the decided time and was thorough in her assessment and very fast in sending an estimate. She sent over any and all documents I needed providing their insurance and told me the move comes with wardrobe boxes. (Whomever invented wardrobe boxes is my new favorite person). The moves arrived with a TON of blankets and boxes to keep my belongings safe during the move. They wrapped everything well, moved with efficiency, worked continuously slowing down, and while they were lighting fast they were also very careful and gentle with my things. I moved from a 12th floor unit, 35 miles away to a 4th floor unitand they completed the move faster then my last experience that was 4 blocks away. Jonathon, Uriel and Octavio were my movers and I can't speak highly enough of them. They took care of my belongings and were such professionals in their work ethic. I'm so incredibly pleased. Highly recommend.

The staff were responsive, helpful, and friendly from the first contact to get a price estimate. The moving crews at pickup and delivery were professional, polite, and handled the move quickly and effectively. We used Robb & Messer for our 800 mile move out of state (CA to OR). The initial process started with Fabian coming out to our home and taking an inventory and then followed with a competitive quote and scheduling. We had a week delay with closing escrow and the team was very accommodating (thanks Kory!) to our new dates, and helped figure out a solution that worked really well. The movers came out on time as promised, packed the truck and were done quicker than I expected. The movers that unloaded the truck also showed up on time and were very attentive to where we needed everything placed, and setup. All the furniture was setup perfectly and they had no complaints about the long distance to the garage, or the flight of stairs. Highly recommend and will use them for future moves, and recommend to family and friends.

Very satisfied with our experience moving from San Francisco to Los Angles. Easy quote process via FaceTime. Movers arrived the next morning and were professional and polite. Our belongings arrived in Los Angeles 2 days later in perfect condition. Would recommend to friends and family.
