I've been going to this pharmacy for ~8 years. The pharmacy techs know me by sight and always greet me by name. It's a rare experience to have people who are so attentive and care about their customers. I've always had quality and timely care at this pharmacy. :)

Waited at the ice cream for 25 minutes and nobody ever came by to sell me ice cream. If you don't want my business, that's fine. I will never return to this store again unless I am granted a free ice cream by management aa compensation for wasting my time.

The Pharmacy is a joke!! My Doc sent a prescription over on Tues. I went to pick it up on Fri (took last pill the night before) and was told they were out of the medication and had been for weeks. I asked why didn't you call me with that info and was told by the pharmacist "we don't do that" !!!! I will never go back and you shouldn't either.

We have been buying Thrifty ice cream here for years. The best ice cream in town. Though, I have to say Rite Aid recently (March-2023) screwed a lot of their customers over by selling thawed out ice-cream that was probably refrozen. Once ice-cream is thawed out it separates (for those who don't know) and the heavy parts settle at the bottom. Both cartons I purchased were separated thus speculating that somebody did not do their job right or their freezers were broken. $9 down the drain and shame on the manager who authorized to sell refreeze and resell. Not happy. Anyone else in the area experienced the same?

Rite Aid on 6400 E Spring St ,Long Beach is on Palo Verde Ave and Spring St in Long Beach,CA. Pharmacist Kevin has been with Rite Aid for Years, along with Pharmacy Assistants Vincent and Kim, plus others whom are All Great !

convenient location you can do your shopping and dinning afteword. They have special sales and items i buy are less expensive such as wallmart.you are always greated with friendliness. the pharmacist is very pleaseant and helpful with questions you need answered even for over the counter products. I especially like when picking up your prescription you can purchase your other products there as well for a speedy checkout.
