I don't go here anymore. No communication skills with Leslie the day time pharmacist. Some retraining might help for better patient service.

I really want this place to be better and do better. But they never do. They're perpetually understaffed, so don't come here unless you have 30 minutes to spare (longer if you need something behind a locked cabinet). They're also perpetually understocked of most items. Atp, I only come here to get Fiji water. And sometimes they don't even have that!

This is one of my favorite Rite-Aid locations. In addition to the pharmacy, this is a comfortable place to grab odds and ends, and most of all: ice cream from the Thrifty counter, icon of my childhood. You can't leave without a chocolate malted crunch.

Today I went to my hometown Rite Aid to get some urgent Western Union business. Never done western Union before. I cannot even describe how Maha and Nancy went out of their way to help me and actually make me feel better. Then came Michael to defend us against a person who came in and wasn't being appropriate. Cheers to my favorite Rite Aid! I actually drove from work to do what I had to do where I feel a sense a community then went back to work.

I have lived in this area for 40 years and as such used to go to Rocky's independently-owned pharmacy a long, long time ago. Then, it was Thrifty's followed by Rite-Aid. Love the staff at this Rite pharmacy and also the staff across the entire store. Super sharp. We feel very luck to have all them here. Everyone in the store that works there is very helpful whether you are picking up a prescription or buying something else in the store. The pharmacists are especially knowledgeable and helpful, even though they are extremely busy. I rarely have to wait, but if I do it is at worst 5 minutes. Well worth the wait for the knowledge and helpful and friendly service. Thank you, Rite-Aid!!

I’ve lived next to this rite aid for years, it’s always out of everything. Literally for weeks, it will be out of basic items. The freezer is constantly broke for weeks at a time. They have not had ice for over a month. I’ve been told it’s because of heavy foot traffic… then order more inventory more frequently..!People freely and openly shop lift. The self checkout lines are always broken. I don’t understand how this is allowed to continue for years… how does management not make a change? Other rite aids do not have these problems.

This is a great Rite Aid and I go there all the time because it is in my neighborhood and the employees are friendly. I find the pharmacy to be especially helpful because I have been getting all of my annual shots there for years. They are very good about answering questions and giving you consultations on the spur of the moment. The doctor/ physician who runs the pharmacy is Leslie who is very helpful, polite and professional!

If you have an ebike, don't take it to rite aid. The absolute rudest clerk at the front desk scolded me for "RiDiNg iN ThE StOrE". Out of respect for people in and around the store, i don't flip the main power switch to my ebike on until I'm outside the store. MEANING THERES NO POWER WHATSOEVER RUNNING THROUGH THE BIKE UNTIL I TURN THE SWITCH ON!!! Furthermore, I wasn't even pedaling, I was pushing the bike WITH MY FEET ON THE GROUND. She proceeded to sternly tell at me, like I was an idiot, "your not supposed to RIDE the bike IN THE STORE". I told her in a calm manner, "ma'am I was not pedaling, the bike was powered off, I was pushing it with my legs". "But your still riding it". Listen, I'm not an absolute moron to know the difference between ripping through the store and pushing it out. I should also mention the reason behind why I was on the bike. Firstly, the area between where I park it and the end cap for the isle is tight. It would be very difficult to walk beside the bike without knocking a bunch of crap over. Secondly, if i was walking beside it, the bike would have damaged something around the area I parked. And I should also mention the reason I park inside. The bike is a Super73 and isn't a cheap bike. I do t always park inside however the reason why I do is primarily because either someone suspicious is near the bike lock outside or the outside lock is full which is 99% the reason why I park inside. Unfortunately this entitled clerk either has a problem with ebikes, or she's just another Karen but either way, I felt disrespected and unwelcome at this rite aid that I've been going to for nearly 10 years. Congratulations Rite Aid Belmont Shore, you just lost a customer. Until I get a reply, I will not be stepping foot or parking my ebike here. Fortunately for me, my ebike gets 40 miles of range. I will happily ride to the CVS on PCH for my primary pharmacy from now on. I didn't get her name but the female clerk with glasses working at the main checkout on Sunday September 17, 2023 at 1:50 PM Deserves a talking to. Thanks and have a wonderful day. Edit: something you can do to remedy this problem is have a rack outside the door in the covered area or a parking space inside dedicated for bikes that is EASIER TO ACCESS. I respect rules people and businesses put in place but i also want to receive respect as an individual. I'm not at home and I'm in a business setting where I, as the customer, should be put first, and should receive respect and kindness. Not to mention when I enter any business, I should feel welcome. The energy I felt and the rudeness I experienced in this rite aid was unacceptable and as a consequence, I will not be using this as my pharmacy anymore.

We miss the Naples location even though this one is closer to me (we never had an issue getting ice cream there) After about 10+ times of being turned away from this location lately, I'm finally writing this review. My 10 year old son loves the Thrifty Ice Cream. Whenever I want to treat him to ice cream, out of all places he wants to go here for an scoop/cone of some cotton candy ice cream! This locations thrifty freezers are ALWAYS down or broken. Even once they are briefly back up,shortly after they are down again. Including the freezers where you can just buy the pints to take home. The other day we went yet again, the freezer was apparently fixed but they had no ice cream. It's a bit frustrating to be turned away so many times. Please resolve this issue!

As I was in the midst of trying to sign up to get future discounts, etc., Including a sing up discount, the associate reached into my side where I was signing up and canceled it. When I asked him why he did that, he ignored me.

Good spot to grab some household items if u need something to get by. Not the biggest selection but it definitely helps if I don't want to drive all the way to Ralph's

This store no longer has self check-out apparently because there's so much theft. This makes shopping at this location inconvenient. On top of this, they haven't added any cashiers, so the wait is long. Advice to staff: if you see a line forming, keep your customer interactions to a minimum, you're losing even more business because people don't want to wait. The other day, a man and the cashier were just chatting away while 4 of us stood there. I finally had to walk out otherwise I'd be late for work. Call another checker FFS. On top of that, the store hardly carries anything anymore. I honestly don't know how Rite Aid is staying in business. The amount of lost sales due to out of stocks must be insane. Invest in some security or loss prevention. This store is a shell of its former self.
