Just a heads up, every time you walk into the store, you will be bombarded with emails to leave a review. The place is fine but these reviews are ridiculous. Im leaving this here as reference so yall can see how often this happens. Its not a short survey either. Its tedious and repetitive.

This Rite Aid is important to my community. It's within walking distance for many in this densely populated area, and people recognize each other shopping here. The pharmacy provides access to vital services for people who would have a hard time if they had to go further. Clerks are friendly and helpful. It has been a relief to see the shelves restocked recently. I almost always find what I need here.

Every time I go into Rite Aid I always hear some thing like Police online one and security go to this section or facial recognition on? It makes me feel unsafe when I’m in the store why in the world with Rite Aid have facial recognition isn’t that at airports and federal buildings. Are they just trying to scare their customers?

However, meeting Sandra completely turned my day around. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been coming here for years because it's so close to my home. But they are so rude and curt with their patients. Even the lead pharmacist is unprofessional and hangs up the phone while I'm simply asking questions. The entire staff needs to be trained on professionalism and how to properly communicate with patients/customers.

The safer alternative to downtown long beach, less people loitering in front of the entrance. Sandra in the pharmacy department is a sweetheart.

I've been coming here for a number of years to fill my prescriptions. Today went to pick up my prescription and cost was $3.01. I handed Sandra a twenty dollar bill. When I asked Sandra if I could go to my car to bring her the penny she said no and insisted on giving me the $0.99 in change saying she wasn't going to loose her job because of money.I can find a pharmacy that will build relationships with long-term customers. There is never any reason to give business to those that can't recognize the value of my business

Went to go get NyQuil for my partner and being that this location is 24 hours, I was looking forward to making sure he slept well; I never had an issue due to my frequent buying.. I arrive at 12:30am and they had a sign that stated, "closed due to low staffing." I understand, but that was a bummer. What makes this location amazing is the 24 hour aspect. Hoping that one day I wouldn't have to worry about this. It's scary walking around that hour. A great deal of homeless loitering all the time

My neighborhood Rite Aid--I come here for those random ice cream and popscicle runs (and the Thrifty's here is pretty good) and as my local pharmacy. As a pharmacy, it's honestly somewhat of a crap shoot--I've gotten prescriptions filled here with the wrong amount of tablets, and overall the folks there sometimes seem a little apathetic when it comes to dealing with customers. Maybe they see a lot of things, but they aren't always the most helpful and lines can tend to be long. Prices are what you'd expect for a convenience store. Definitely not a happy camper when I had to make a late night flour run here when I ran out of flour and had to pay $9 for a smaller flour container, but at least it was there! All in all, I'm happy this place is open 24/7. I do wish the exterior of this place was slightly cleaner, but that's not always their fault.

I have visited this pharmacy multiple times and each time we are treated with the some of the poorest customer service I have witnessed. Whether it has been the pharmacy never filling a prescription I have called about on more than one occasion or belittling my partner when she has tried to schedule a vaccine appointment. The inability of the staff to effectively communicate with patrons and carry out the various functions of their job has made it difficult to want to return to this specific location. I do hope that these are isolated incidents and that those who are in need of assistance at this location receive the proper care and attention they deserve.

OMG finally a pharmacist that cares and shares,Kevin Wang along with "Tammy" who has been there over 20 years,probably a 100, He can do know wrong. They were so helpful that awful morning I left the store with a flu shot in one arm and a pneumonia shot in the other and a smile on my face. Thank you for the best customer service in a long time. Also, thank you Ed and your crew for being patient and helping me find things in plain sight.
