Love the pharmacy staff. U can call and a pharmacist will really help u. Other staff do take time to research things for u. In person u can get your vaccines.
The rest of store is sad. Every aisle is empty shelves for over a year. Due to their bankruptcy they never get new inventory.
Mostly they just sell over the counter vitamins and beverages. Not a good selection. I think they r emptying the warehouse and when it is gone it is gone
Surprising all the staff are friendly and very helpful working under cloud of bankruptcy
Oh and that u can bring in well behaved pet dog !

Pretty clean and organized, not too many people loitering at the entrance so feels a bit safer.
LOVE Sandra in the pharmacy, she's a sweetheart that's always cheerful and ready to assist. Carlos is pretty good as well.

Don't use the pharmacy. First they short my medication (only gave me 30 days instead of 90, which is a controlled substance) then they have the gall to lie about it, claiming their CCTV is too blurry to tell how much medication they gave out. Their CCTV is in HD, there was no doubt, they lied to cover their culpability.
Now today they tried to short me again but thankfully I didn't take their word for it. I was instead told to come back tomorrow because apparently whoever does their orders is either incompetent or stealing from them.

Just a heads up, every time you walk into the store, you will be bombarded with emails to leave a review. The place is fine but these reviews are ridiculous. Im leaving this here as reference so yall can see how often this happens. Its not a short survey either. Its tedious and repetitive.

This Rite Aid is important to my community. It's within walking distance for many in this densely populated area, and people recognize each other shopping here. The pharmacy provides access to vital services for people who would have a hard time if they had to go further. Clerks are friendly and helpful. It has been a relief to see the shelves restocked recently. I almost always find what I need here.

Every time I go into Rite Aid I always hear some thing like Police online one and security go to this section or facial recognition on? It makes me feel unsafe when I’m in the store why in the world with Rite Aid have facial recognition isn’t that at airports and federal buildings. Are they just trying to scare their customers?

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been coming here for years because it's so close to my home. But they are so rude and curt with their patients. Even the lead pharmacist is unprofessional and hangs up the phone while I'm simply asking questions. The entire staff needs to be trained on professionalism and how to properly communicate with patients/customers.
