I've been going to this store for prescriptions for a couple of years now. The shelves have been empty or mostly empty for the last 6 weeks which is disappointing. I spoke with an employee and they said the store expects their next shipment in about 4 more weeks. I went to the drug store across the street and they were stocked up on Back to School and other items. I'm not sure what is going on with this Rite Aid, but it doesn't seem well managed.

Always a good time for ice cream at rite aid. While this location usually lacks employees for the ice cream section, today I was lucky to be there when no one else was there. I love the black cherry ice cream and chocolate malted crunch.

Horrible customer service.....has to go 3 times to get my prescription. Use Walgreens or CVS.

I have a lot of favorite people I enjoy talking to when I shop here it's my second earthly home LOL James is my favorite and teresa and the little lady too I forgot her name I have a few more others but don't know the names. They are all nice to me I shop here a lot . But Teresa and James are my favorite ones and I like the pharmacy to the people that work in there are very nice.

It takes 3 minutes for the pharmacy to answer the phone and now I'm on hold for 17 minutes y'all need to get your stuff together

Just left from Rite Aid their Air conditioner is still down for over a few weeks! Horrible conditions to work in! It’s cooler outside! Please do better. They have workers that are seniors that big fan is not going to cut it!

I walked in this morning to ask for a Covid booster (after multiple long failures to try to connect with the pharmacy by phone), and was greeted immediately by a nice pleasant lady at the window, who gave an instaneous OK.She helped with the paperwork because I had not brought my reading glasses, I waited briefly, and then another nice lady gave me the shot.From front-to-back, I was in the store only a short time, and left surprised how unexpectedly pleasant the visit had been.The store was bright and clean, and RA just made me a regular customer from today forward. Thank you.

The manager of this store (white male) needs to be fired. He was yelling at his employee (Asian man) right in front of us. It was heartbreaking and infuriating to see. I will be contacting corporate to report this unacceptable behavior.

Stafff is ok store is not very clean. Lines were ok but I wouldn’t recommend this place just out of the blue. It’s was just ok. Nothing to make me come back.

I always been a fan of rite aid and I really appreciate having one conveniently located nearby my home. I have big nostalgia for the ice cream. I also grew up in Beverly Hills and would frequent Rite Aid with my friends after school. A little unrelated but I appreciate a good old rite aid and noticed that there are such little stars for my local rite aid that I wanted to speak up and share my thoughts. Thank you!
