I recently purchased some product at a different location thru my insurance card , asked before i bought the items if they were returnable (just in case—and the answer was yes) and decided to return them to the closest store (when unexpectedly the product didn’t work out. )They gave me nothing but a hassle over it, refused to take them back , printed out some computer generated referral to a phone number and said take it up elsewhere. Then when i asked why (there was a line with cashier as usual) She proceeded to ignore me on purpose…. If that is their idea of how to treat the customer, i know i was DEFINITELY in the wrong place! And btw—-most of the time there is very little on the shelves with much of it locked up.
There is a reason this store is in bankruptsy…..even tho i appreciated it for many years prior.

They have absolutely nothing aside from maybe your prescription? Rows and rows of modelo beer (randomly). Their only candy was Ello market gummie bears. It was more disgusting than eating soap. Good luck tho!

Just visit this location for some thrifty ice cream sugar cones were stale. So I called store to let them know to check the sugar cones. I understand things do happen my problem with this the phone call to store. I believe I spoke with store manager or a senior associate the demeanor of the conversation sound like a laugh. I hope they check the sugar cones.

This store is a waste of time if you're looking for anything that is really needed. They don't have any of the shelves fully stocked and if you're lucky there won't be a long line because if there is one they most likely will only have one cashier. I would advise you to go to another rite aid or go to Walgreens or CVS because when you go to this store you will get lucky if you find what you're really needing or looking for it will be a waste of gas or time.

READ! Hi, please Watch your credit cards. I noticed that the pad was turned facing up when I was typing my number. As I was exiting I had someone come up to me and tell me the guy that was working kept watching me put in my PIN number. I already knew this because I also noticed this but for someone else to confirm my doubts is troubling. Watch your cards and how the paying pad is facing. I would check my transactions from this place a couple of hours or days later.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. I shop here frequently being as though it’s super close and within walking distance. The service has been completely bad. I was charged for an online pickup order for diapers for my son and when I arrived they told me that I couldn’t get my order because my card declined and they couldn’t give me the diapers that I paid for and here I am a week later with that same charge still posted on my account LMAO the manager Jazz is a joke. They don’t escalate and figure things out.. she legit kept saying “I can’t let you leave my store with free diapers” like what??? I showed her the proof, I showed her my app that said I was charged, I showed her my bank account, I even called the 1-800 number in which they kept telling me that I had to pick up my order for days after she refused to give me my stuff I paid for. It’s legit unreal how unprofessional and In knowledgeable they are. Clearly no trainings are being implemented in this store.

Avoid shopping here at all cost. Worst customer service. Literally go to the cvs 2 blocks away from them. It's no wonder why all rite aids are closing and going bankrupt. They took the thrifty ice cream out at the front and the people that work there look unhappy. You've been warned. Plus they have all the loss prevention issues at that location and give you looks like your the one stealing. They should be closing anyway now. No way to run a business good riddance ?

I enjoy buying last minutes things in the neighborhood Rite Aid. The clearance isle rocks. So does the 2.00 isle. My favorite beauty product loreal concealer stick works like a charm I love Loreal .
