Do not use this location! Was very corporative to set-up the account get my business. Which I told them it was a short term rental for 2-3 months However 3 months later no one can set-up a pick up date told me I just had to wait until after xmas sometime. Very unprofessional. I've canceled the credit card attached and the items will be sitting outside until they decide to pick up. Sadly there's no way to cancel or arrange closing out online, to give proof I canceled and ended services.

Emily is very rude an disrespectful she hangs up the phone on customer's she should be fired every time she calls she says something different she acts different when DaShon is not there claims she's the store manager but I received a text saying DaShon is the manager why would you be rude an disrespectful to a customer willing to pay there money to your business needs to be fired AS SOON AS POSSIBLE did not want to put anyone else on the phone because she knew she was wrong I'm going to come to the store an might even beat the hell out of this lady because you don't talk to people like that told me I would have to pay before I started service which is fine I said I will give her a call back the next day so I can go to the bank the next day I called she changed everything she said an says I don't have to pay until I receive fridge well what was the point of saying u need the payment my fridge could've been here me an my kids need food and she's not being considerate for customers at all please remove her all ur team I will be going to the higher up about this complaint!!! Not satisfied at all

DaShon helped me on the phone. I never had to step inside the store. My situation was a little compromised. I needed a laptop with certain specs and DaShon went above and beyond duty to help me get what I needed. Excellent and friendly customer service. I would absolutely recommend them.

Customer service was great. I started my purchase online, I needed a refrigerator ASAP! Deshawn called me back right away, he was so helpful and friendly. I received my refrigerator the same day :)
