My least favorite Ralphs to shop at. Just so unfriendly. Not sure how they treat their employees here but I have been coming here for years and it's always the same low quality customer service. I consider myself a very friendly person who likes making peoples day and go the extra mile but when even an ounce isn't reciprocated and I'm the customer, it's really shameful! Maybe customer service isn't the right job for Elena especially as a checker and even the bagger Ryann I believe her name was. Very pretty girl but her beauty was masked by misery. Couldn't even walk through any aisle or any employee at least faking an attempt to let me through while they were stocking the shelves. Just take it! Smile! Say hey sorry! Lol My 3 stars is because it's Ralphs and my favorite grocery! Had spoken to a manager once years ago about being belittled by a checker and the manager was super nice. My only great experience.
