The only place we use for computer repairs Ash Allen and the staff are fantastic they always take care of us in a timely matter and we rely on them for last minute repairs on critical machines they've never let us down awesome place for computer repair Don't bother looking anywhere else

My trusty 2014 Macbook pro finally gave out on me, started with the battery then CPU. Quick fix went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue but I ultimately went with their data recovery service to time machine backup the laptop. A few months later now, Ive purchased a new device and the time machine worked perfectly, keeping all of my precious data and setting. Thanks Quick Fix!!!

This review is long over due. In search for a company who understands how to diagnosis computers complex and small. So important to keep my small buisness running efficentely. Ash has been there for my business without over charging and is extremely knowledge about it and failing computers from connections, trouble shooting, complex problem solving and all issues. Needed to expand and adding multiple computersto our sleep testing center. He has continued to be their for the sleep center, and I feel that advice and knowledge he shares is priceless. Thank you quick fix from the bottom of my heart for being there for the sleep center for any IT needs, and computer issues.

The brothers who own Quick Fix are honest, top notch technicians and I’m glad they’re in business together for about 18(?) years now.What can I say? They give accurate quotes, and deliver on time at a fair price. And if an unforeseen problem comes to light while being serviced? They promptly call, explaining the issues and options available to us the customers.So, my rec?If you need help with a PC (or as in my case an Apple) I’m confident that like me, you will find yourself better off for trusting these folks to resolve your hardware issues to your satisfaction.Thanks Guys!

This is the second time I've come into this store and the first time was awesome! The second? Not so much..... I brought in my steam deck for a screen repair, i asked the very nice man when dropping it off if their technician had worked on steam deck screens before and he said yes, they had replaced them several times. And he was confident that he could. After they opened it to see what the issue was they called me and told me that they did not have the tools to do the repair and that I could come pick it up and take it somewhere else. When I went to pick it up the young man behind the counter was extremely rude, I was just asking what the issue was And he didn't have any answers for me. I asked if the technician that worked on it was there and he told me that the person was on lunch. I asked if he happened to write down any of the information so that when I took it to the new place I knew what the problem was, and he said that they didn't. Not this technician had worked on steam decks and done screen replacements for them and he said yes they had done them several times with no issues. I asked why this one was different if they had done them before, and he said that the technician just wasn't comfortable doing it. I am in complete agreement that if somebody is not comfortable doing something not to mess with it, but I was inquiring as to why he wasn't comfortable doing this one when he's done them before. The extremely rude Young man behind the counter said that all the technicians said was that it was complicated. None of this information was written down, the technician wasn't there so I couldn't ask and the young man behind the counter was extremely rude the entire time...Again, this is the second time that I've used this company, the first time I had absolutely no problems. They were super nice. They got everything done in a timely manner. The one star rating is solely based on this experience and how rude and unprofessional this young man was

I had my computer fixed at this place and I am satisfied with the results. It was worth paying for their service as I wouldn't have been able to diagnose the issue on my own. However, I was not contacted in a timely manner. I was told it would take a week to fix my computer unless I paid extra for their speedy service. I waited for a week from the day I turned it in, which was a Friday, but I didn't get it back until the following Monday. So technically, I waited for 10 days to find the issue and pick it up. The cost to fix a custom PC is an additional $50, totaling $150 for the repair. I experienced a black screen of death, and I tried to repair it myself, but it only made it worse. Hence, I asked for professional service. It turned out that my SSD hard drive had failed, prompting me to discard it and run with a single hard drive. They reinstalled Windows and basic drivers.

After dropping off my tower, Chris called me back with a diagnosis within the time frame promised. Alan (the co-owner) was very helpful answering my questions as well as giving me some technical advice. Lastly, their pricing for their services is quite fair. If I need help again, I will turn to Quick Fix.

I bought a used Mac Airbook that was experiencing some problems turning off. The guys at quickfix diagnosed it and got it taken care of quickly and had a good price. Definitely use them again.

These guys have done a great job repairing, and even rebuilding my computers over the last 10 years. Always professional, attentive and truthful with what you need done even if you don’t wanna hear it.

My computer failed - they diagnosed that it was a motherboard problem. I asked them to clone my failed computer to a new one I purchased. I can't say enough about how good a job they did and at a reasonable price. I got on my new system and everything worked as if it hadn't missed a beat. THANK YOU.

Hey pro Gamer here, I’ve been coming here since 2019 and This place is awesome ,they literally fix all my electronic needs,From my PS2 that was released 20 years to my pc I built this year .Best perk is the Nice people, good prices and good technicians!Id be surprised if you can a better spot .
