We love Pupazzo. Our 2 dogs are always well groomed and the prices are very reasonable. We’ve been going for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. It’s always the same staff who seem to care about the dogs they service.

Made an appointment 3 days before as I was told I wouldn’t be able to do walk inS.Was told I’d have to drop my pup off at 8 since it would take the whole day… I asked how about 9 since I’m coming from Hawthorne and don’t want to be stuck in traffic each way. He said sounds good I can do 8:30 I said fine…. Let’s do it I get here and he looks and says I have no appointment I say that’s in correct I just spoke 2 days ago and I did indeed he said no we didn’t confirm I said well it’s still 8am so theirs plenty of time to get the job done he said he can only do wash yet I needed a full service. Then he chose to get an attitude and offer no services. When it was very he made a mistake he said he doesn’t make mistakes… all humans do sir. This place doesn’t value your time or money even when spending over $100.

I've taken my dogs here four times now and I love this place. Very affordable, always easy to make an appointment, very friendly and my dogs smell and look SO GOOD after! I have a 120lb German Shepard/husky mix and his coat is insane. No one in a million years could keep up with this dogs insane coat and when I bring him here and get him deshedded I swear he comes back 20lbs lighter . They do an absolutely amazing job on him and my border collie mix and I'm so glad I found this place! I will absolutely always continue to come back here and I hope and pray they never ever leave!

Super unprofessional, Doesn't call to make sure appointment is correct, so not only was a waste of gas and time he was super rude and didn't even let me talk.

My pup has been going here for quite some time (several years). When Eunice was his groomer, the service was nice. He used to love coming to the groomers. Now? My pup runs to the door to try to leave when we enter. Then I started to question his treatment there. Why is my pup afraid of these people? I saw the owner grab a dog harshly by his leash. Then he dragged my boy in by his leash. I wasn't ok with it, but since he was trying to leave, I figured it was because he was trying to run for the door. My boy's personality shifts every time he's groomed here so much that I wanted to stand there and watch him being groomed.They also cut his fur any kind of way. Gashes sometimes which I thought was because my boy is active. They do not care about how your pup looks. Lastly, my boy is always there about 4 hours or more, which is unacceptable and limits what I can do with my day as I have to stay close by should he be ready.The owners aren't very friendly at all. I don't know if it's cultural. I wonder about the treatment of the young Hispanic women who work there.Time for another grooming facility. Any recommendations?

It is the worst place to take your pet, I took a Yorkie, they told me 3 hours, I came back in 4 hours, the dog had not even been bathed, they told me, don't worry, we prepared it in half an hour, 20 minutes later, they called me for the cut, very bad, the nails were poorly cut, the service It hurts and I can't give zero star

Carlos was very rude. I paid extra for express and we scheduled for an hour appointment. As soon as we arrived, he mentioned it would take no longer than an hour and a half. I picked up my dog in an hour and a half, and he mentioned that it may take up to two hours or more. We indicated that we paid for express and Carlos was very rude when I told him that this was misleading. He has the worst customer service skills and is very demeaning to women. I refuse to ever come back here. I do not trust him with my dog.

This time I took both of my dogs to get their hair cut, even though I explained to the front guy 3 times how I wanted their hair done. They did the opposite. They literally shaved my dog hair, I am upset with this and it would be the last time I take them to this place.
