It's great to see a brick and mortar gift shop that is local and curates items. They have toys, games, gifts, and even baby clothes in the very back! There is a closet full of baby clothes and onesies that would make perfect gifts. The staff greeted us but also allowed us to browse the shop at our leisure. It is always fun to visit this place. The prices are fair- there was a puzzle that I was eyeing on Amazon, and PIxie Toys sold it $1 cheaper. So you know your girl purchased it right away! I'm sure some items are slightly higher than those from mega stores like Amazon, Toys R Us, etc., but in this case, I found something cheaper! I thought gift wrapping would be just placing items in bags and fill with tissue paper, but Pixie Toys literally GIFT WRAPS them, and all with care! I was so impressed, and the two friends who received the gifts absolutely loved them!

Preface: I am an autistic adult who came to this store with another autistic adult I wanted to enjoy this store so much and find new sensory toys but the sensory situation in this store is a nightmare. The music was so loud it hurt my ears and the overhead lighting was harsh. I couldn't even make it through half the store before I had to leave. My friend was also getting agitated from the environment. It was a shame bc they had this really cute little octopus finger puppet that was just mesmerizing and a strawberry bear that had a squeeze ball full of tiny balls that looked super fun. There were people behind the counter I think but no one greeted us or asked if we needed anything. Maybe bc we're queer and pierced and tattooed and childless and looked like we didn't belong they thought we weren't serious customers? I don't know. It was a bummer that through the whole day out of whack. It was supposed to be a treat for both of us to get a new toy and do an outing on our own without my one on one guy and it just ended up being very stressful at the store. That being said, the stuff in there seems priced fairly. Of course you get the mark up for a brick and mortar but they had toys in there I hadn't seen before and I understand that there is a cost that comes with good curation. Anyway, it seemed like a cool place, I wanted to buy stuff... it's just that store was so loud and bright and full and no one came to help so we just had to bail.

Heather is so friendly and helpful. Takes the stress out of choosing gifts for our grandchildren. She has great ideas and even wraps the gifts so adorably! We will definitely shop there often as we have 12 grandchildren!

My family and I popped into the store after having ice cream down the street. Little did we know what fun games, toys, and clothing would be in the store. The service is excellent and the staff are well-I formed, not pushy. Great shop!

This is the best toy store I've ever been to. It's straight out of a movie. Very good selection of toys and they wrap them for you.

I love finding local toy stores for gifts that aren't your usual Toys R' Us or Target type of gifts, and this was a great find. There's a ton of unique toy and gift selections for all ages. There's educational toys, modern classic books, and just a lot of fun stuff. I'd highly recommend checking this place out the next time you need a gift. A huge bonus is that there's free wrapping services and the quality of the wrapping is amazing! I'll definitely be back again soon!

I am very disappointed by this company, I ordered at the end of November 2023, my card was debited on 11/30/23, and I still have not received it; my order which amounted to 59.99 euros; I followed up twice with no response.

My husband and I came here for last minute Christmas gifts on Thursday 11/21/23. Everyone was attentive, sweet, and kind. I loved how many toys they had in stock. The selection was great. Our experience was so positive that we returned a day later to finish our Christmas shopping. I would highly recommend that you give this store a chance.

This store had a little event today and the man in charge of people riding bikes had the nerves to tell me to watch out for him and his people on bikes. Sir I am walking on the sidewalk, I don't think I should have to watch out for the bikers who are turning into the alley. So rude !

I've been wanting to check out this toy store for a while, and I'm so glad I did. The selection of toys is huge. I saw toys I didn't even know existed, the cutest toys for babies, and toys I wish I could have played with when I was a kid. I came for the Sonny Angels, and I was not disappointed by the selection. Sonny Angels are real, and they're sold for regular price. Smiskis are sold here too! Definitely come here if you don't want to be scammed or up-charged by other stores/sellers. The staff here are really sweet and super helpful! They also have club cards which I love. I'm definitely coming back here again!!

A wonderful spot for quality kids toys and such! My wife noted that they had inventory of toys that she often can't find - even when compared to Amazon and the like! They really captured that feeling of being a kid feeling lost in the whimsy of a toy store.
