“I like the cat food here but have had bad experiences with the stick toys. They break quickly, and I mean within 1-3 days. People at the store are usually pretty nice with helping you find things. One time though I thought I had a coupon for something, so all I said was, "Oh I think I have a coupon." and the employee very rudely said, "You need to print it out." I wasn't pushy about the coupon or anything, it was just their immediate reaction to what I said. I just said, "Oh, um, okay." And bought my cat food and left, feeling confused and upset. That experience still sticks with me even though it was a few years ago because I have no idea why that employee had to be so rude to me about it. I get some people are rude about coupons, but I literally did nothing but say I thought I had one. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, the unwarranted antagonism. Especially as someone that deals with social anxiety and depression, it just made me feel like something is wrong with me for awhile. I get food delivered sometimes and it always goes well and it within the time frame.”

You can tell the staff at this store cares and they are all very helpful as a business owner myself I loved the costumer service I received shopping at this store. “My veterinarian recommended this gem of a place to me and told me to speak with Wendy. I have had concerns for many years about large pet food corporations and was relived to learn that this place makes their own food in house and it is locally and ethically sourced as much as possible.
The service was beyond impressive and we worked to find the best solution possible for my four small dogs, all with varying health issues. I can’t wait for my dogs to try this food as we will definitely be regulars here. We even got free samples to make sure my dogs like it. Where else do you get that these days? Mind blown :)
The price was very affordable also. Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“The staff was very professional and nice to work with. They had the item I ordered the next day. Unfortunately, they only had one of two I ordered, so I had to go to another store to get the second one. Otherwise, they are all very nice and supportive.”
“It’s the only Petco of the many I’ve tried , that has the leaps and bounds dog frisbee . The floating green one ! Best beach toy ever !

“I rescued a dog that gets nervous, and sometimes spits up (I know..gross). Pretco refused to groom him.
I found Dirty Paws and checked out their self wash, which worked great. The dog climbs a ramp to get in and it's easy on the back and affordable. They also have groomers that I use when I'm shy on time. My dog looks great. I explained in advance about the dogs condition and they are cool with it.

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Dog Bakery. My sweet girl ended up with a bowel obstruction and at the vet the day before her birthday. The amazing staff went above and beyond to remake the cake for her a few weeks later when she was feeling better and able to celebrate. This is our second year getting a cake from The Dog Bakery and we will most definitely be repeat customers.”
“My dog is a frequent bather at Belmont launder pet. In fact, we have been going there for over 7 years and they keep getting better and better. They do an excellent job and are kind and loving to our pets. Your dog will be happy there and come home looking and smelling great!!”
“Take our pup here for doggy day care. Everyone knows him by name as he is quite the social butterfly. Staff are great. Manager assisted us months ago when the food we get for him was out, for months. She would let us know when the food was in stock at other locations. Store is clean and grooming services are good.

Personally, I like this spot because it's usually empty, so my Girlfriend and I have the store to ourselves; to do our shopping and browsing. “Low cal food for an overweight doggo. Since starting with their human grade food he lost 10 lbs in first 3 months. Im so proud of him and the new energy sparked by him on walks. I buy venison with sweet potatoes,beef and rustic potatoes, and turkey, plus the pumpkin treats he just adores. It's a little pricey but using the renewed energy and weight loss it's worth every penny. The staff are both helpful and pleasant and will guide you big youre unsure of which foods to get”

“I came here for a dog adoption event that was organized with Ozzie and Friends. They have a back room that they use for events like this. There is also a clinic in the back. And an area that is gated so that we could interact with the dogs and learn a bit more about their personality. Since they partnered with them, when I adopted my new puppy, they gave me a 10% coupon that I could use. So I got a new harness and some training treats for her. They were very helpful when I had questions about which training treats I should get. It been a while since I've had to train a puppy so it was nice to get some advice. There is also a dog washing station in the front. It was pretty crowded the whole time I was there.”

“Thank you to PJ's Pet Cafe for such a cute bday cake for our dog's first birthday! The cake was adorable, and our pups gobbled it up! The owner shared that the cake's decorations might not last very long, but I didn't have an issue with that since I kept it refrigerated! So if you don't plan on celebrating right away, make sure to keep the cake in the fridge. Thank you for helping us celebrate Bailey's first bday!”
