I come to the pet clinic for nail trim they do an ok job but yesterday I took my dog in for his monthly trim this time they just used the grinder instead of cutting them first then grinding the edges, I asked Shay if they looked too long I wanted her to fix them but she wouldn’t they charge me $33 a monthly . I am upset and want my money back or have Shay fix them. I don’t understand why businesses aren’t concerned about returning clients

I like the cat food here but have had bad experiences with the stick toys. They break quickly, and I mean within 1-3 days. People at the store are usually pretty nice with helping you find things. One time though I thought I had a coupon for something, so all I said was, "Oh I think I have a coupon." and the employee very rudely said, "You need to print it out." I wasn't pushy about the coupon or anything, it was just their immediate reaction to what I said. I just said, "Oh, um, okay." And bought my cat food and left, feeling confused and upset. That experience still sticks with me even though it was a few years ago because I have no idea why that employee had to be so rude to me about it. I get some people are rude about coupons, but I literally did nothing but say I thought I had one. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, the unwarranted antagonism. Especially as someone that deals with social anxiety and depression, it just made me feel like something is wrong with me for awhile. I get food delivered sometimes and it always goes well and it within the time frame.

I washed my dog a few days ago and I want to commend all of the employees at this facility. I was the woman who smashed her little finger in the car door and Taylor and the other young people really helped me bandage up my finger so that I could go ahead and get my dog washed. Thank you so much for your help. It is much appreciated. I love this place, it's very easy to use the facility and I highly recommend it.

I don't recall ever having written a review, but I feel compelled to do so now. Alex gave my husband and me the best customer service we've ever experienced. Alex spent a lot of time explaining diet, vitamins, and hacks to entice our finicky rescue to eat. Alex was very knowledgeable, approachable, patient, and funny. After 6 months of stressful trial and error, our Mookie is very happy and finally eating well! We only wish we had come here sooner. Please give this man a raise and a promotion! Thank you so much Alex!

I recommend this place, good treatment, with $18 dollars you can bathe and dry yourself, they give you towels, the machine has soap or you can use your own.
