I came in on Halloween for some last minute costume shopping. I was greeted by a nice lady at the front of the store and proceeded to look around to find a ton of costumes still for sale. It was pretty crowded and a bit cluttered in some areas but that's to be expected on Halloween, I'm sure people had been coming in all day moving things around and not putting them back in their proper places. I opted for a couples costume as a black and white oreo cookie. They did mention to me that all sales were final and they didn't allow returns of the costumes which was fine. The experience in the store was quick, and they had plenty of different costumes to choose from.

They usually have what I need. I agree with other reviews that they have too few employees. Management sude hire more people for sure.

I got great customer service from Whitney today. She answered all my questions, does the bow with the hands together move that I do when complimented or just greatful. I thanked her, she has a great personality and her telling me to have a safe trip after I let her know I had a long drive and couldn't take balloons but would the party City accommodate me out there. She seemed very concerned and helpful besides informative. Thank you ??

Upon entering this location, I saw zero employees. No one to say hello and no one to ask if I need help. The store is very large and clean. It's unfortunate when you leave one store and come here to see prices doubled on many items. I did finally see an employee decorating but that was it.

Lol the customer service here is a joke. Have a simple question? Too bad, the only cashier working is too busy talking to girls while pumping balloons.

They changed my experience with them. My first impression wasn’t the best, when I entered I didn’t get greeted, when I approached the register then I didn’t get asked if I needed any help but Li and her co worker by the end made me smile and open up to them about why I was there ( getting supplies for my mom memorial) . I hope I was able to teach them that customer service is important and you never know what a person is dealing with so you need to always smile, greet, and be attentive and most importantly you have until a person walks out that door to change their opinion.
