She steered me away from some choices that were too dark/bold for my smaller space, and when I painted swatches on the wall I completely understood her logic. I also really appreciated that she didn’t rush me despite my arriving close to closing. “A visit to this store is like going back in time, when you enter a privately-owned business and the owner smiles and acknowledges you, and proceeds to offer you a nationally-recognized quality product at 1/2 to 1/3 the price of big stores such as Home Depot, Lowes, and Sherwin Williams.
I expected a watered-down product involving several coats of paint. No, it was the real deal: a thick, one-coat, nationally-recognized brand of paint that covered the job in one coat...at an unimaginably low price.
For years, I have been wary of this store's sidewalk sign, "One gallon of paint for $10." After giving this store one try, I will NEVER, N-E-V-E-R purchase paint anywhere else.”
“The rep who assisted me was wonderful! I arrived about 15 minutes before closing. He helped me select the colors I needed, then loaded everything in my car when I had concerns about the 5-gallon container being too heavy.It's hard to find this kind of customer service these days. Good job Sherwin-Williams!”
