Received these for my birthday. The nice older Japanese man was sooo sweet when he delivered them to my door. The flowers lasted for over a week and smelled so good too.

Received flower delivery 2-17-20 by older asian couple. Told given 3 extra roses because they ran out of balloons. Asked if it was a floating balloon and they said no. So I thought it was mini balloon attached to plastic stick. Asked if charged for balloons and said, "no." Spoke with sender of flowers. Was suppose to be 2 mylar floating balloons $10.99 extra. Florist never contacted sender to let him know they ran out of ballons. YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. LET buyer have option to cancel balloons. Not get charged and be given something else. Horrible business practice.

Pacific Florist is not a place to do business with. I placed an order on her website for delivery to a sick friend. I received a call from the florist that she had a minimum order of $60.00 plus tax and delivery. I asked her why she doesn't have that posted anywhere on her website, She would not answer that. I told her to cancel my order. Her whole website is fake . I checked my bank statement and see that she still charged me. I call and made a complaint to Teleflora about her fraudulent charges and to my surprise and disappoimemt they can't do anything about it. I can only complain to the florist. Even though she has a site with their images. A change need to be made somewhere. I have placed numerous orders with other florist and this is the first time that I have encountered this.

The lady is so nice and she helps me hold a small teddy bear inside the bouquet of flowers for my daughter 's graduation ceremony. The flowers are flesh with good style! The price is reasonable too!

So disappointed! I placed and order on their website, which didn't didn't mention a minimum order requirement. I received a call from a women who spoke broken English who told me that I had to spend at least $75 and that I either had to pay more or call a customer service number and cancel my order. I opted to cancel my order of $50 and called the customer service number, and spoke with a representative that stated that I was not authorized to call and cancel the order, the merchant/business owner needed to. I was then given another number to call. All I wanted to do was buy flowers for my mother in laws birthday not waste time in this cluster f****

I made a purchase of some Flowers on Apr 2nd. Total price $53.52. Got CONFERMATION. About 1 hrr later, received phone call from Florest (Oriental lady) stating price was now $77.00.. Web Page was wrong.. I cancelled order.. FALSE ADVERTISING !!!

I had placed an order from an online company for a large arrangement for my aunt's memorial, that included some tall white Gladiolas. But when you order online for a next day delivery, the shops don't always have those exact flowers in stock. Hearing how important the arrarrangement was to me, Pacific Florists went out of their way to help fulfill my desire for a beautiful arrangement and set out to see if they could find some Gladiolas. Not an easy task, since other shops I called that day were also out of stock. The love and care they have for their customers brought success as they were able to find Lavender Gladiolas, to replace the white ones, shown in the online company's photo! Whoo Hoo! The time and effort they spent to help fulfill the desire of my heart, really showed a great amount of care and concern for their customers needs. And I am sincerely grateful and appreciative. Thank you so much..ðŸ’

Very disappointed in the birthday bouquet that was prepared for a friend. They over substituted so that the bouquet delivered did not resemble what I ordered and paid a very good price for - premium bouquet. It was not the elegant bouquet I orderedI should have been called if it was a materially different arrangement. After 3 days, the bouquet was totally wilted. The roses were not fresh when delivered. I think this is a case of bait and switch. Will not use Teleflora service again because of this.

The rudest & meanest business owners I've ever encountered. I advise no one to enter this business. The elderly couple who own it are very mean, violent, wave, wave their fists, and yell curse words at pedestrians walking by. I would be afraid to go into their shop.

I came here to get a corsage and boutonnière for a winter formal dance. The owner is really sweet and asked to see what my dress was like so I could pick the right color. I came in and ordered it three days before the day I needed it and she called on the day I needed it and said it would be an hour late for pickup but that was fine because I know I ordered really late (most places said I had to order a week ahead of time). The price was awesome, $7 for the boutonnière and $17 for the corsage and they were gorgeous. Definitely would recommend!

Attention !!!! Guys,, If you want to Flowers for your love one, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, NEVER NEVER NEVER to buy them from this shop. They are let me DOWN, get me in MORE PROBLEM with my love one. I pay for the delivery fee to deliver the flowers for love one, They did not DELIVER the flowers, When I rang to ask them about the deliver, They said: "ask your love one come to pick up the flowers" and hang up my phone, When I call back again, They did not pick up the phone. I lost my $75. They made my LOVE one more upset on me....GUYS if you guys want out problem. DON'T buy anything from this shop. I think, They don't understand What is call SERVICE people pay for. I am NOT going to this shop any star, II am going to this shop a minus 5 (- 5). Because the system REQUIRED to fill up. I have to put down star here.

I ordered flowers at about 50$ for delivery the following day. I called the next day to check the status of the delivery to find out I had to spend 17$ more in order to have the flowers delivered because the flowers on the internet is just a suggested price. This place doesn't seem to reliable but in the end I did get the flowers delivered.

This place doesn't even deserve ONE star. If you are looking for quality service, look elsewhere! I needed a florist with same day delivery so I found this place online. The online process was easy and convenient, however the next morning I get a call from the owner saying that the Web Site is just a SUGGESTED PRICE and proceeded to bill me $30 dollars more for a bouquet I could have picked from my garden for free. RETAIL RULE: If their is no prior notice to possible changes in the price, a retailer must honor the listed amount. Of course I called foul, but they remained righteous in their business practices. I was in SHOCK as to how these people handled their clients. PLEASE YELP TAKE THIS OFF THE MAP!
