I purchased a mattress and frame a few months ago from the Long Beach location and must say that my experience was stellar. From start to finish the process was easy and the quality of my mattress is excellent. The sales person was thorough and knowledgeable and I actually recommended this location to my friend who was in need of a new mattress and box spring. So I complained about this 3k dollar mattress not being comfortable after only having it 1 year. The manager offered to send someone out to do an inspection on the mattress. The inspector said it was in good shape, NO stains and reported this back to the Otho Mattress manager and we were still denied any resolution. I am stuck paying 3 thousand dollars for a mattress that leaves my husband and I in pain. This place does not care about their customers only the high prices they charge you for these uncomfortable mattresses. I didnt mind paying for it i just wanted somthing i am not in pain everyday after sleeping on.I will be talking to an attorney.

My girlfriend and I just moved to Long Beach and decided that we'd treat ourselves to a new bed. After checking out a couple of other stores, we found ourselves at Ortho on PCH. Exceptional customer service from Jose! I wasn't looking forward to the hassle of buying a new mattress, but he made it an easy experience. We didn't feel rushed or like we were taking too long with our questions and trying out the mattresses. I highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to come here!

If you're looking for a good mattress, this is the place to be! Kevin was awesome took his time getting to know us and how we sleep so he can find us the perfect mattress. Kevin was very knowledgeable about his mattresses and which one is better for our back. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great friendly customer service! Purchased a mattress from the Long Beach location in November, 2020. I need an extra firm, for my back and neck. They delivered a mattress to me that was not firm at all, it was very soft. I called the salesman, he said you have to sleep on it for 30 days. So, I was in pain for all 30 days, because it's not firm! The label on it said firm, but obviously mismarked. Then, I am put off until mid-January to have a "professional inspector" come and check the mattress. After waiting 10-12 days for the inspection, then 10-12 days for the results, it shows that the mattress is PLUSH, not extra firm. They agree to replace it. But I have to wait another 9 days. I wait, I wait, I wait. The delivery shows up: The have brought the WRONG SIZE mattress!! (they showed up with a QUEEN) Come on, one mistake we can understand. But waiting months and still nothing I can sleep on comfortably???? There are obviously big problems at this company, and the customer service rep is overwhelmed and they have huge backlogs of problems. I just want a mattress to sleep on. I paid over $950 for a new mattress, but can't sleep on it without pain. This is over the top poor service. Do not deal with Ortho Mattress.
