They sell beds in LB, CA that actually came with Bed Bugs from the Factory and has caused HELL inside my house and Kevin the manager claims it could t be them. Oh please $1500 later I've had to spend on Pest Control through our home. The only change in the last 3 months has been my mom moved in with only her clothes and I bought her a new bed. They had to bring a new bed because the 1st one was ripped all over the box spring. They brought a new bed and then goes the BED BUGS. They want me to call and speak to someone that didn't sell it and THE COMPANY should already see how many beds we've purchased over the years and I have to CALL them back just because of a Truthful YELP review. So whoever is Kevin's boss should CALL ME. Do NOT buy beds here TRUST ME almost 2k later and still no word from his boss #Joke

First off, allow me to begin by suggesting you go see Josh. This is the first mattress I buy for myself and significant other. Josh was very informative, detailed, beyond helpful and a class act the whole way. Such a professional With a great sense of humor to make the process even easier. I shopped around for a month, this establishment was one of the first we went to. After a Month of shopping around we knew we wanted to return to Ortho Matress and Josh. Fortunately he was there upon our return and we got a steal of a deal. Thank you Ortho Mattress and thank you Josh for everything. No more back aches and stiff necks!

After reading some good reviews about this store and the mattress I wanted I bought a bed here. It is super comfortable and the sales experience was easy .. There was no pressure to buy stuff i didn't need and didn't feel like i was being uphold like most mattress salesmen do. I will return like 7 years when I need another mattress and recommend this store to my friends and family.
