Went in to get a starter for with my brother who is fighting cancer and on heaven medsHe sounds like he is on something but it’s his medsJoesph helped us brought us the starter and took it out of the box and told my brother to put the old one in the box and just stood there waiting my brother was confused so I told Joesph you can’t put it the box it’s yours he just stood there so I grabbed it and put it in the boxThen we pay and I ask if he needs to bring it back because it has a life time warranty he said just remember the date you bought itThat blew my mind I told him two years from now you would remember the day you bought it he said yes I called him a liarWhy didn’t you put his phone number for the warranty he said he would have to cancel the order and start overSo the other employee came over and did it no PROBLEMWHY WOULD HE DO THAT ITS STANDARD PROCEDURE AT ALL THE OTHERE STORES I GO TO

Went to a O'Reilly location on Long Beach Blvd to check my engine light.The guy was not helpful at all. Came to this location on Spring St. The clerk was super helpful and gave me some tips on how to take care of auto problem. Great customer service.

Wouldn't recommend this O'Reilly because it seems no one is trained correctly on ordering parts. I called 11/30 ordered 4 parts for my 2005 Kia Sportage, I was told I needed to come in person to pay for the FREIGHT of one item which was $7. I go inside and the same lady I spoke to over the phone told me to pay in full & was told she informed me incorrectly. The manager walks over and agrees & I'm like fine cancel it I'll go to another O'Reilly's closer to me because now I have to get my card. Anywho fast forward to today 12/3 they said they have my parts. HOW?! If I didn't purchase them and you guys were hounding me on a freight fee and paying for the items BEFORE getting them ordered. I feel like this was unprofessional and wasted my valuable time.

I’m the last one to be negative regarding retainers, but Carmen the Asst.Manager flat out lied to me telling me that she could get my parts by a certain time. I was doubtful when I agreed, but it would have saved me $80. Auto Zone had in stock. This cost me a day of work not having my vehicle operating..Never Again.

Usually my go-to place because of the staff. However, my latest experience was less than great. I bought pads and rotors but the pads weren't the right fitment for my vehicle. I took the old parts back as a reference, but the salesman insisted that he gave me the right parts even though they looked totally different. I wasted valuable time going back to the store because the salesman didn't do his job. I ended up going to a competitor who got it right the first time.
