I have been going to Orchid Cleaners for some years now and they have been great…always cheerful, helpful and have gone out their way to get those unwanted stains out of my clothes. I truly appreciate their effort and will be continuing my business with them for an even longer time.

They safety-pinned my very heavy Carolina Herrera skirt to a regular hanger rather than use a clip hanger or the hanging loops inside the skirt, what dry cleaner does that?? Now I have unsightly holes in the waist. Their prices have also gotten ridiculous, never going back.

I had been going to this dry cleaner for years. Never had a problem. Thought their prices were high but, I travel a lot and have no time shopping for dry cleaners. They burned the collar of my red dress shirt and refused to admit it and completely discarded me. I was so infuriated I left and went to Foasbergs down the street. Their pride got in the way of nearly $1500 in business per year because they chose to handle it the way they did. I will never go back. They won the argument over of $5 transaction and lost $1500 per year.Service: Clothes pressing

I use this cleaners all the time. They are so reliable and friendly service!!! Tried serval places in the area and been here for years now...will never go anywhere else. And if they can't do it they refer me. Very kind owners.

Kevin and Young are the best. They take care with my items weekly and everything is always ready when stated. Lately I've been out of town and they are very accommodating to my schedule.

We've been taking our drycleaning and dress shirts & slacks laundry to Orchid or over 20 years. They've always been reliable, trustworthy with our clothes and reasonably priced. The couple that owns it now are hard workers and always very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!

We had 2 carpets dry cleaned there and they did a terrible job. They stretched them out of shape and they are ruined. We spoke to the owner and he is not doing anything about it. We have contacted him several times and he has done nothing. They are the worst and Don't except responsibility for what they did.

This is our go to cleaners in the neighborhood. We use it for dry cleaning and laundry of our big blankets and rugs. Consistently great job. There is a drive thru parking space on Molino that allows easy drop off and pick up.
