Have gotten my nails done a few times here. Quality has gone down significantly despite the same ladies. I've had them done by different ladies and I've only seen them look nice once or twice. I've tried going back to the same employee only to leave with crooked nails and an overall unsatisfactory experience. Pedicures are mostly good depending on who does them. Acrylic and gel nails, not so much. Don't recommend for that or anything other than pedicure.

Nice ladies but quality of manicure is sub-par. Also, ripped my cuticle until it was bleeding during a pedicure. There are much better nail salons out there.

I got a deluxe pedicure from Phu, they were able to get me in within 10 minutes. Phu did an amazing job! I felt satisfied, not only in the service but the quality of the results. Despite the language barrier I was still able to get in a good conversation with her and even asked her about her history coming from Vietnam. Super friendly staff, didn't seem to hectic. I felt very welcoming.

Phu gave me one of the best manicures I've ever had! Such a kind staff, they were about to accommodate me and my niece last minute as we were in town for a vacation. It was a much needed, lovely experience. So happy to have found this salon, will absolutely be back when I return.

The customer service here is terrific. I have received the best gel manicures here. They use top quality products and follow careful hygiene practices. The gel manicure lasts at least 3 weeks without polish chipping or peeling. I’ve gone 4 weeks in between & only had the natural nail growth visible to show that it wasn’t a recent manicure.?

I've been coming here since 2016. I love so much the ladies- Jenny, Tiffany, Susan, the owner Lynn and all! There is nothing better than getting mani + pedi while I'm getting a shoulder massage. Ultimate pampering and self care. Really feels like a family there. You know Lynn is running a good business ans treats her girls good as everyone has been there forever. Love you all!

I can't even put into words how strongly I recommend coming here. I previously went to a salon for years that continuously butchered my nails with lazy work, poor sanitation and double booking. I couldn't take it anymore and finally came to Ocean Nail Spa. I booked my appointment same day and had a bit of a tedious request as my nails had a horrible shape, color and acrylic application. Karen took the time to completely transform my nails from something I was embarrassed to have into the most beautiful trendy Pinterest style nails. She was very sweet, understanding and skilled. She understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I own a women's clothing boutique that also carries jewelry which requires photographic nails for product pictures and she did just that. Thank you Karen and the team for such a great service, i'm officially a lifetime customer! *See attached images for the result*

I would not recommend this salon. I was trying to treat myself after work and basically spent my last $40 on this pedicure and it was awful. I called at 6:15 and asked if they could take me and they begged me to come in right now even though they close at 7. I came in and the lady did nothing but rush with me and tried to add on more money for extra massage on my feet when I said no. She also upcharged me for gel when she didn't use gel as well as a deluxe pedicure when she simply only scrubbed my callouses. The polish is see through my nails were filed and cut so jagged. It's quite literally the worst pedicure I've gotten. And there were two other ladies in there getting pampered and no one was rushing them. I'll be calling tomorrow to see if I can come in to have them redone. As of this first experience I do not recommend going here. I was too tired to fight it tonight and just paid but I will call tomorrow and try to get things made right.

Had the best experience coming to Ocean Nail Spa. Everyone there was so nice and took amazing care of myself and my family. I came to get my nails done, but ended up getting a little massage as well and it was amazing. Would recommend this place to everyone! And the prices were very reasonable! Can't wait to go back!
