After attempting to start searching for refi lenders by myself, I found out about Scott Affre and decided to go that route. Best decision ever. Scott took care of everything, he made sure I knew about deadlines and when I had documents to review and sign, and got us a really good rate.

Got in touch w/ the branch manager Phil Chenier who is so nice and sounds knowledgeable over the phone but, everything is false! Trying to get my loan to refinance and these people give me all the good news and run my credit report and even send me a Loan Document by mail. End of the story everything they told me is a lie, Wasted my time with them submitting all the documents needed, etc. People don't waste your time with these people! Imagine the branch manager gave me all the wrong information! it's funny! Even I can google all the answers I need and these people are in the business for a long time so I thought everything they told me is real but, all lies! waste of time!
